Enchanting Travel’s were brilliant. Everything went smoothly from the moment we woke up and started our day til the moment we went back to the hotel of their choice. Everything was stress free and enjoyable.

Enchanting Travels planned the perfect itinerary, staying in lovely hotels with the right mix of activities. They were always available if needed but equally we had plenty of time to ourselves just to relax and unwind. My guides in Rio and in Iguazu could not have been more informative and entertaining. I had never traveled to South America and had the time of my life. The hotel choices were perfect for me, and itinerary gave me the right mixture of tours and relaxation at the beach/pool.

Superb, from start to finish, from planning personalised itinerary with only two weeks notice, booking, travelling, and enjoying. ………hassle free, relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable: a fantastic holiday and experience. Yes: I would recommend and use again.

Having dreamed about going on a safari for many years we were finally able to this August. Choosing Enchanting Travels was the right decision as our Travel Consultant Rachel Reynolds (our 1st point of contact) delved into our interests and desire for the trip then planned it out perfectly! Our #1 interest was to see the animals and hopefully see the Great Migration (there’s no guarantee since this is Nature who doesn’t act according to our schedule). Going to Northern Serengeti and staying at Northern Serengeti Wilderness Camp was magical. To live in a tent (shower and toilet included), have gourmet food, sit by the campfire under the black star filled skies and know how hard the staff worked and how conscious they are of the environment was inspiring! We not only saw 1 crossing but 3 and will never forget the experience.
Our guides were well informed, our driver was skilled and we saw everything we wanted to and many animals we didn’t even know existed. A rhino, leopard and cheetah – all rare to see – the cats are shy and often hide,and a lioness and leopard with a fresh kill.
Ending the trip in the tropical paradise of Zanzibar and staying at Mchango Beach Resort with it’s soft white sand and incredibly fresh and delicious food was a perfect ending. Wish we went for 18-21 days but know to extend next time. Don’t miss the markets in Stonetown but skip Prison Island – in my opinion. I could go on and on but bottom line is I will use Enchanting Travels in the future knowing that they listen and plan according to your needs and desires.

The people working for the company are extremely kind, polite and service orientated. The trip setup was fantastic as we were able to maximize our time in India with the proposed itinerary.

Our trip to Africa was amazing from start to finish. I never worried about a single detail, felt reassured and relaxed at every turn. We were in Nairobi in the days of unrest following the Kenyan presidential election, yet our safety was never a concern, we were able to trust and be comfortable. Our accommodations were always beautiful, and we were well cared for by our guides and drivers, who were wonderful, interesting people with local knowledge and strong English. We saw every animal (an their babies!) we could have, took amazing photos, we all learned so much, and our teens gained perspective and a love for nature and Africa. Enchanting Travels went above and beyond at every turn. Thank you!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Enchanting Travels from beginning to end. The planning stage was also a learning experience with our Travel Consultant offering really useful and interesting suggestions. Once we arrived we were able to relax and enjoy our adventure knowing we were in safe hands.
