Klein Aus Vista Eagle’s Nest is situated a short 15-minute drive toward the west of Aus. The eight chalets, set on the mountain slope, are built from gigantic granite boulders and come with all amenities, including a fully equipped kitchenette, lounge, fireplace, and private verandas. This apart, you also have the benefit of a magnificent view of the infinite desert ahead. You can step into the vibrant Desert Horse Inn restaurant for a variety of delicious eats and quick drinks. Enjoy the seclusion, peace, and tranquility of the desert, or watch the free-spirited Namib feral horses grazing close by. With two walking trails from Eagle’s Nest, you can also spend your time capturing beautiful shots of the sprawling landscape armed with the hotel’s takeaway breakfast (on request).
