
Bear Track Inn is situated on the serene shores of Icy Strait in Gustavus, with Glacier Bay National Park as its backdrop. This family-owned inn, spread across ninety-seven sprawling acres, is handcrafted and built out of spruce logs. The inn’s center of attention is its lobby, stretching nine meters from floor to ceiling, with a large walk-around fireplace, and panel windows that provide fantastic views of the wildlife, mountains, and the forests of Icy Strait. Each spacious room offers gorgeous views, has two queen-size beds and is equipped with all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. Bathrooms are fitted with an extra-large sink, tub/shower and luxury towels. You’re offered a range of activities such as glacier tours, whale watching and wildlife tours, kayaking and fishing excursions. Breakfast and dinner are served in the family-style dining room. A gourmet menu offers delicious dishes prepared using salmon, halibut and prime cuts of game meat, besides chicken and vegetarian options.
