Pelham House Bed and Breakfast is located in the heart of Lunenburg, a few steps away from the historic Old Town. This former sea captain’s house has a warm and welcoming atmosphere and offers three generous rooms. All the rooms are comfortably decorated and have ensuite bathrooms, while two look out over the harbor. Start your day with the freshly made breakfast served in the dining room or on the side deck in warm weather. The menu changes daily and features fresh, locally sourced produce and fair trade coffee. Choose from frittatas, omelets, lemon-blueberry pancakes and rhubarb cornmeal waffles. Feel free to ask for the recipes. The owner’s also have a dog on the premises. The guesthouse’s location makes it a convenient base from which to explore the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Old Town, Mahone Bay and the south shore of Nova Scotia.
