Birkenhead House is perched high on the cliffs of Hermanus, overlooking the whale watchers’ paradise of Walker Bay. It is named after the Royal Navy vessel HM Birkenhead, which sank in 1852 at Danger Point. Each of the 10 rooms have an en-suite bathroom, while some have a private patio or balcony. There are six Birkenhead villas that showcase original artwork, delicious cuisine, and have a swimming pool/tanning deck where guests can enjoy the majestic views. The villas have access to facilities in the main house which boast a dining room, a courtyard with beautiful flowerbeds, two swimming pools, a gym and wellness centre. Enjoy a delicious cuisine ranging from Sushi to spicy Cape Malay dishes. Your stay is on a full-board basis, including local beverages and laundry.
