We loved it. Just tell your travelers that it isn't luxury per se. The rooms and baths are basic. That's fine. The common areas are terrific, and the overworked staff is so helpful. The restaurant was so excellent. Had some trucha that I will never forget! It was so beautiful. Green with pet llamas, tucked in right among the red and multi-color rocks. It's a remarkable place to visit. Strange hotel. Really attractive but no soul. Other customers mentioned the same feeling. One receptionist was nice are friendly but the other two were cold. It felt as though you had to be quiet like in a library, tiptoeing around and whispering.
