International Arrival

Transfer from Buenos Aires Domestic Airport to International Airport with Guide

2 Nights

Buenos Aires

Buenos Aires blends European elegance with a Latin American soul, and is often called the ‘Paris of South America’. With its  Belle Époque architecture, tree-lined boulevards, and vibrant café culture, the city captivates travelers. Beyond the scenic beauty, you can also enjoy world class cuisine here, from decadent steakhouses (parrillas) to avant-garde tasting menus in the city’s trendiest enclaves.

For lovers of art and culture, Buenos Aires is not only the birthplace of the tango but is known for its galleries, street art and  literature. Do not miss exploring its distinct neighborhoods such as the Recoleta district, with its stately mansions and iconic cemetery, as well as San Telmo and Puerto Madero that are known for their modern sophistication.

Included activities

Explore Buenos Aires on your own

If you have the time and the weather allows it, we recommend visiting one or more of these attractions in Buenos Aires. You could start at the historic square of Plaza de Mayo to see Colonial-era buildings. This is where the Cabildo, or Town Hall, and the Government House, also known as Casa Rosada or Pink House, are located. You can’t miss the iconic Metropolitan Cathedral while walking around the square. Next, you could visit the neighborhood of La Boca with its brightly colored wooden houses, and the upscale Barrio Norte with its elegant buildings. Take a break to enjoy traditional foods such as empanadas and succulent asado steaks at a chic restaurant in the vibrant Palermo neighborhood. Culture buffs could check out the various museums in town from the Evita Museum, dedicated to Eva Peron, to the National Museum of Fine Arts where you can view works by Argentinian masters. End the evening at a dance hall or ballroom to watch a tango performance. The dance is synonymous with Buenos Aires, and you could sign up for a class as well while you’re in town. (This is an unguided, independent activity; Transfers, entrance fees and meals are not included; Depending on your personal itinerary, weather conditions, and time available to you, it may not be possible to do all recommended activities)
