Our Chief Customer & Sustainability Officer, Florian Keller, was staying at a lodge in a private conservancy in Kenya’s Mara when the owner asked if he would like to take an afternoon walk before sunset. Having noticed Florian instinctively favored footpaths over standard game drives, his hosts had already observed how he preferred to experience the world. Accompanied by a local Maasai guide, they set off together up a steep trail, climbing high above the plain. As the incline grew, Florian began to wonder if they had tested the limits of dusk, asking whether they should turn back.
