Paraty Tours

Paraty is a town set on the Costa Verde, a green corridor that runs along the coastline of Rio de Janeiro state in Brazil. The town was founded in 1667 and most of the architecture has not changed for at least 250 years. Among the standouts are four beautiful churches. You will also find two colonial forts. The town’s historic center is on the National Institute of Historic and Artistic Heritage list. Cars and trucks are banned from its cobblestoned streets except for deliveries on Wednesdays.
