It was the best family holiday we have ever been on – and that isn’t a small claim. Both places we stayed at absolutely exceeded our expectations. I have been asked by family and friends how I found out about The Waterberry and The Hide and it is with great pride that I can tell them of my discovery of a company called Enchanting Travels. We didn’t have a great budget, as we were taking our 2 kids too, but while the trip was not long it was absolute QUALITY! From go to whoa! Without the recommendations of these places and all the behind the scenes organisation to pull it altogether, our holiday could have been something quite different. Instead it was just the very best experience we could have hoped for.

Our flights to Lima were delayed twice causing us to miss 2 days worth of our trip. Having an on-call coordinator reassured us that rearrangements would be taken care of and we were glad we went with Enchanting Travels.

If this is your first time or tenth time on an African Safari I highly recommend the Enchanting team. The saying, “You get what you pay for!” is so true with Enchanting. Cost may be a factor in making a decision on traveling with this team or another lesser priced organization but I guarantee the experience the Enchanting team work tirelessly to deliver is so worth the extra expense. They make you not just feel safe and pampered they actually make sure you are safe, comfortable, pampered and do it with a genuineness that confirms you made the right choice by traveling with this fantastic organization of travel specialists.

Enchanting Travels and Samuel Nordberg, our Travel Consultant, specifically designed the perfect trip for me! Samuel really listened to what I wanted and put together something he thought would work. As I continued to research I changed my mind and Samuel listened again and changed the whole tour, even the countries. He wasn’t put out at all by that. Samuel is always available to answer questions and would get back to me immediately. He’s just one of the nicest people on this earth. I have already recommended Enchanting Travels to three friends. Samuel has set up a trip for one of them. I will definitely use them again.

Perhaps it’s my skeptical nature but the quality of service I received when organising our trip was so high, I had to check if they were genuine! Enchanting made travelling to a distant and unfamiliar place very easy. All the tickets and administration associated with travel was taken care of, which really took a great deal of stress away, leaving us to enjoy ourselves. I definitely wouldn’t have been able to visit so many places, or take part in as many activities if I tried to organise the trip myself.

We recently travelled to India with Enchanting Travels. Our experience was just that and experience that won’t be forgotten. Our trip was tailored to our interests which had us taking in the culture, contrasts and wonderful welcoming people that this country affords. Our accommodations were luxurious, and our guides and chauffeurs helped cement our experiences in our memory. Thank you Enchanting Travels we will definitely be travelling with you again.

Many thanks for organising our wonderful trip. Everything was perfectly organised, all details well chosen and everything went smoothly. We would particularly like to praise Waterberry lodge – excellent lodge, position, food and most of all, activities from sunset cruise, visit to local village and picnic on an island in Zambezi river. In addition, safari in Sabi Sands (Elephant Plains) was special; the ranger made extraordinary effort to spot animals, follow them and explain their behaviour. Altogether, everything was great and well organised.

Enchanting Travels has delivered to us an enchanting tour of Africa. We could not fault the Camps they selected for us within the tour itinerary. This company is very efficient and caring to the travellers needs. We will be consulting them for tours in the future and thoroughly recommend them without hesitation.

We loved every bit of our trip. We enjoyed each part. were very happy with the diversity and loved the last 3 days to unwind at Giraffe Manor.

As a family of 4 with young adults – 21 & 18, we have, over the years, traveled a fair amount as a family. We have also learned that for the money, finding a quality traveling agent is the best way to assure that the experience will be one to remember. Enchanting Travels took our basic travel ideas and made all of the arrangements so that our family made our trip to Chile a memory that will be carried with our family for a lifetime. Excellent service from first point of contact. You met all our requirements, hotels and services were excellent and the follow up we received during the trip made us feel very comfortable. We had an excellent, worry free holiday and we will not hesitate to use Enchanting Travels again!!!

Throughout our time with Enchanting Travels all the details of our trip were taken care of. All we had to do was sit back and enjoy. Management was only a phone call away at any time. Our itinerary as planned was very full but also very flexible. You could do as much or as little as you wanted to do. Changes were always accommodated.

Our trip was flawless, from the planning to booking and execution on the ground. We found Enchanting Travels by accident, but we won’t travel overseas again without them.

Enchanting Travels made life easy and safe to travel in a foreign country and the reps who meet us at the airport are well presented and did their work in very professional way. All the drivers whom we met are excellent and the hotels they chose for us are all 5 stars and services were excellent I can vouch for anyone travelling abroad to go with Enchanting Travels. They are fair in prices too. Met a few travellers on the way who were with Enchanting and they felt the same – couldn’t be happier.
