Our recent trip to Chile was a wonderful experience, thanks in large part to the expert assistance, advice and services provided by Katie McKinnon and Amelia Edwards of Enchanting Travels. In the beginning Patty and I knew only that Chile was a potentially convenient place to meet up with our son John (already in South America), but had no priority destinations or excursions in mind. After a brief telephone interview, Katie provided us with 2 different, but very attractive travel package options to choose from. Having selected one, Enchanting Travels made all arrangements from airport pickups to hotels to guided excursions. It all worked like a dream. The quality of service and accommodation was top notch and I would not hesitate to contact Enchanting Travels for our next trip. I highly recommend Enchanting Travels.

We would highly recommend Enchanting Travels as they rapidly produced a wonderful itinerary for us, engaged great guides and were always on hand in case we needed something. The whole trip was seamlessly arranged and catered to our requested activities very well.

Enchanting Travels took the rough outline for the individually tailored trip we wanted and followed it closely using their experience of places/hotels/activities. We were most impressed with the result. We greatly enjoyed the trip and there were no problems. They found a guide/chauffeur with excellent English language skills. We will choose them for our next Southeast Asia or Africa trip.

This is the first time I’ve actually given up my travel plans completely to a company to arrange (I’m a bit of a control freak), and I was thrilled with the results. Enchanting Travels contacted me by phone to find out exactly what I wanted to do during my vacation, and then followed through on all my requests. They also provided hotel options, which I haven’t been given before by a travel company.

During the trip the local agent was in contact with me frequently, to ensure everything was going smoothly. I did have a couple questions during my trip, and my emails were answered immediately. Everyone was so helpful, and the trip exceeded my expectations. I’ve already contacted Enchanting Travels to arrange my next vacation!!

My 11 year old daughter and I had a wonderful time in Chile. It was a trip that she would always remember, and the stress free experience that Enchanting Travels arranged for us made taking my kid to see the world so much easier. Seeing the lake regions and hiking through volcanic ash, to the driest desert in the world was certainly an eye opening experience for us, and was certainly better than taking my daughter to Disneyland.

Enchanting Travels are warm, personable and empathetic, so they gave us the plan we wanted. They suggested activities and tours that really showed us an exciting side of India. Then they were well-connected and efficient so that the plan worked efficiently – professional guides and drivers, comfortable places to stay that had character, and realistic timings. We are now planning to use them for an international family reunion to be held in India in a couple of years.

Enchanting Travels was truly an enchanting experience.They are easy to work with and customize the plans per your interest. We made a three weeks trip through South East Asian countries and it was an educational and wonderful experience. We had no troubles during the entire trip and enjoyed all the guides. We enjoy how Enchanting Travels works. From start to finish everything is done with our own unique trip in mind, taking into account our preferences and ideas. Any concerns about driving, food and lodging are off the table – everything is all arranged and works without glitches. We enjoy the flexibility of this mode of travel as well, to adjust to opportunities or personal needs that come up during the course of a longer vacation. Really, all we have to do is show up and enjoy ourselves!

Enchanting Travels made our trip to India and Nepal a deeply meaningful experience. They facilitated every step so that we could visit schools, meet villagers, see craftspeople at work, experience religious rituals, as well as see as many of the grand historical buildings as we wanted.

Our travel escorts were warm and personable, as well as extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had always traveled on our own, with the freedom to change plans or explore, and so we were a little apprehensive about traveling with an escort and driver. Our concerns were immediately allayed after the first hour. Enchanting Travels’ staff made our personalized trip easier and hassle free. We would travel with them again in a heartbeat!

Our decision to go with Enchanting Travels was a great one. They listened to our requests of seeing how people live, to see the culture, to walk around and feel the atmosphere, and to see holy places for all religions.

The chauffeurs and the tour guide were fabulous. Priyank was our tour guide for 10 days. He understood us perfectly: he talked clear and straight to us, and not to the front window. He answered all our questions in as much depth as we wanted. The other tour guides were great as well. I felt they had a lot of respect for all mankind. It was a great trip.

I don’t have ready stories, but whenever we had a question or concern, Amelia, our Trip Coordinator, was immediately available – day or night. Her honesty about events or possible trips was refreshing. The drivers and guides that Enchanting Travels chose for us all were articulate, knowledgeable, and friendly.
