Top-notch services!

We booked our 2.5-week trip to Argentina and Chile with Enchanting in 2016. It was very last minute and I was overwhelmed by the trip planning so I googled and sent messages to a couple of travel agencies online. Lisa Fox got back to me the next day and impressed me with her professionalism and high quality of services throughout. She always responded promptly, answered my questions patiently and provided me with her input which was very helpful to develop the itinerary. Having been living in South America, Lisa is very knowledgeable about all the destinations. It was my first time going to South America and I barely had time to do any research so knew very little about it. Lisa made recommendations after she knew how much time we had and what we wanted to see and do, and the trip was designed and all booked within 10 days, one week before the departure. We wouldn’t be able to do it without her help and now that I know so much more about South America and look back a few years later, I must say that she made such a great itinerary for us that I wouldn’t want to have done it differently!

I had hoped that we could continue to deal with Lisa because I was extremely happy with her but she had to hand us over to the trip coordinator, Christian Jankowski, after the planning/booking stage. Fortunately, the quality of services remained throughout the trip. We had no any complaints about Christian, the guides, drivers or hotels Enchanting had booked for us, and I even put Christian on the phone to interpret for me when I had to see a doctor in El Chalten for my twisted ankle. It did give us peace of mind when there was a trip coordinator standing by 24/7 when we were in foreign countries where we don’t speak the language.

It was a wonderful experience overall and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Enchanting again when needed or refer it to anyone in need. Actually I have referred a co-worker and a friend to Lisa after my trip and they were also very happy with their experiences. Enchanting is certainly amongst the best choices if you want a personalized vacation with top-notch services!

I was doing some on-line checking of travel sites related to Argentina and Chile. Within a day or two after that, I received an email from an Enchanting Travels consultant offering to help me plan a trip.

At first I suspected a scam, but decided to take a chance on letting her come up with an itinerary with no strings attached. My wife and I were blown away by the quality of the trip plan and booked shortly after.

Excellent planning and coordination leading up to the trip, but the timely support of the trip coordinator during the trip was truly impressive. Top quality experience with no surprises.

The whole experience of booking and dealing with Enchanting Travels has been wonderful. Communication was easy and prompt, any issues were dealt with easily and to our satisfaction. The trip ran without any hitch, all locations and excursions were organised very smoothly.

Enchanting Travels was absolutely wonderful in putting together our Honeymoon. Our Trip Coordinator provided impeccable service and helped us greatly when we ran into a visa issue which almost ended our trip before it began. Our accommodations were great, we felt safe the entire time, and were able to experience all that India had to offer, stress free.

All of our guides were fabulous. They were knowledgeable, warm and friendly. We made a special connection with our driver Nandu. He made us feel like family. He is the best driver I have ever had and he made us feel so safe. We LOVE Nandu. We will make sure to tell all our friends and family to use Enchanted Travels.

Also, we love India. All the people there were so friendly and full of smiles. The country was so colorful. We will definitely be back.

As older travellers going to India, we were extremely happy about the trip. Everything went smoothly, including flights, train travel, drivers and guides. All were very helpful and eager to make our holiday a rich, rewarding and safe experience. The guides all spoke wonderful English and were extremely knowledgeable. The drivers were very skilled and calm, despite the traffic. Enchanting Travels staff, especially Lavina, our Trip Coordinator, were flexible when we wanted to change the itinerary en route. Hotels and restaurants were very good, providing memorable meals and rooms. I would definitely use Enchanting Travels again as the holiday was stress free and we always felt we were in safe hands. 

This was our second trip to India with Enchanting Travels serving as our local agent. I can’t say enough about the high quality of local guides and accommodations. Our local coordinator was always available and met all of our needs.

Whilst my wife and I like to travel on our own, in a place like India, which was totally unknown to us, it was very reassuring to know that experienced and professional people – guides, drivers and our trip coordinator – were ensuring our safety, thus enabling us to maximise our enjoyment of what was around us.

Enchanting Travels staff went out of their way to ensure I was able to experience a trip tailored to meet my needs and provided welcoming little touches and contact to make sure everything was going as planned.

I think that the support staff was very good and I felt like everyone was considerate and kind and did their best to make my trip enjoyable.

We are regular travelers and don’t usually have an agenda and we just enjoy exploring, but we didn’t think Africa was a destination where we could just turn up and explore. We didn’t want to be stuck in a tour, and having been introduced to Enchanting Travels was the best thing, we have not stopped singing praises about it since we connected!

Our Travel Consultant (Danielle) was professional throughout the whole planning and truly listened and understood what we wanted, the holiday exceeded our expectations and was one of one of our most memorable, enriching trips in our lives! Our on-ground trip coordinator (Evalyne) also ensured we were looked after throughout our time in Africa and followed through any requests or concerns.

For the first time in our lives, we were so relaxed on our trip that we didn’t even follow our itinerary because the guide/driver just knew our every step. Amazing company and can’t wait to go on our next holiday with Enchanting Travels!

I can’t recommend India highly enough and the reason for that is Enchanting Travels. We were treated to an amazing 15 day tour on which we saw tigers on Christmas day, had elephant rides in Jaipur and stayed in palaces throughout. Anjali, our main contact throughout the tour kept in touch with us the whole way, ensuring we never had to think about anything other than taking in all the history and sights the guides were showing us.

The food was unbelievable! The route is a well trodden path so all the places you get taken to are safe and you don’t have to worry about getting a bad stomach and also the guides advise you when you are out on the tours as to what you can and cannot eat. Each region has different dishes and unique spices which make every stop along the way a culinary delight!

From fireworks in Mumbai on New Years eve to finishing the trip in Goa, which was like paradise, the whole trip was truly a once in a lifetime and something my brother and I will never forget. This is all down to Enchanting Travels!
