We had a wonderful experience in Costa Rica thanks to Enchanting Travels! In 8 days we saw 4 different areas of the country- we saw waterfalls, volcanoes, rainforests, cities, beaches. It was exactly what I was looking for with my 3 kids (16, 18, and 21). A perfect combination of animals, adventure and beauty. I never could have planned this on my own – a special thanks to Allison Felfoldi and Claudia Coral. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! And I look forward to using Enchanting Travels again for future trips!

We recently returned from a 10-day trip to London and Paris, and Enchanting Travels made the entire experience seamless and unforgettable. Elizabeth handled all of our bookings and excursions with care and attention to detail. During our trip, Vipra was on call and incredibly helpful anytime we needed assistance. She even surprised us with a thoughtful gift and champagne to celebrate our anniversary, such a kind and personal touch! The Enchanting Travels app was also super user-friendly, which made it easy to keep track of our itinerary, confirmations, and documents all in one place. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We’ll definitely be booking with them again!

Enchanting Travels did an amazing job curating a memorable trip for our family to Japan. Every detail was taken care of including transportation from the airport and even taking us to each train platform. The classes we know took were also excellent including the sushi making class, the bento box making class, and the calligraphy. We had an issue with our flight coming into Japan and our trip coordinator. Anchal took care of communicating with the hotel. She was even able to get us a refund for the night we missed. Anchal was always available and ensure that every detail of our trip went smoothly. Everything was professional and done in a first class manner. I would give them my highest recommendation without hesitation.

We had a fabulous trip, perfectly planned down to every detail. Our accommodations were fabulous in every city we visited. The tours and guides were phenomenal! This was our first trip using Enchanting Travels, and it won’t be our last. We spent 16 days in Japan traveling to 8 different cities. Enchanting travels made this experience SEAMLESS! from the planning stages , Anita, was so caring and helped us make this trip unique to what we wanted. During the trip , Vishal, helped us if we needed anything while in Japan. When arriving in Japan, we received our very detailed book of our events and all tickets etc for the trip. Everything was meticulously detailed (exactly how I like it). They provided every information you would need throughout the trip to ensure you feel supported. Every guide was incredible, the accommodations were great! I didn’t need to think through this whole trip as I felt so cared for through it all. We made a family trip to Africa (Tanzania and Kenia) to celebrate my 50th Birthday. From day 1, Alison was great in understanding us and providing some great recommendations. She and Bovin (our local contact) made this trip a dream come true. They were always attentive, gave recommendations and heard all of our desires. We’ve worked with Enchanting Travels on more than ten trips now………….many have been 3-5 week adventures that require tremendous attention to detail in remote parts of the world. We have never been disappointed–only incredibly delighted! Anita was amazing to work with for Sri Lanka/Southeast Asia. I had a very specific wish list and she made sure I crossed everything off of it! The itinerary was geared to our interests and the pace we prefer. Divya kept a close eye on us throughout to ensure that things went smoothly. Working with Enchanting for so many years has allowed us to build relationships that increase the quality of our experiences as time goes on. Not only do they know the best places to see throughout the world but now the bonus is that they know US! These trips keep getting better. We run out of superlatives in trying to explain just how outstanding our experiences have been since we started working with Enchanting. As long as we can drag our suitcases to an airport, we will continue to plan meaningful, life changing adventures with them. A memorable trip to South Africa and Zimbabwe. A lot to see and a lot of history, a very memorable vacation. The safari drives are amazing and the food in all locations were delicious, you got to be open to trying different cuisine. Overall trip was the best I#ve experienced.

From the time I landed in Buenos Aires, all the way through to Antarctica and back, Enchanting Travels organized a perfect experience. The tour guides in Buenos Aires and Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay, were fun, informative and professional. I didn’t want the trip to end and would do it all over again. Everything was perfect!
