We were looking for a once in a lifetime personalized experience for our 25th wedding anniversary and Enchanting Travels delivered.

I am thrilled to share my experience with the exceptional trip planning, customization, and coordination services provided by Enchanting Travels. Our group of four embarked on an unforgettable journey to India, where we explored the magnificent cities of Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur, and Manvar Desert Camp, before concluding our trip in the serene locales of Kerala, including Cochin and Alleppey. Right from the outset, the Planning Coordinator based in North America was instrumental in helping us design a tailor-made itinerary that perfectly aligned with our preferences and interests. The meticulous planning and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of our trip. Once we confirmed our itinerary and made our reservations, we were introduced to the Trip Coordinator who took over and ensured that everything went smoothly. The Trip Coordinator arranged for a virtual meeting with us, which was a great opportunity to address any concerns we had and provided us with valuable insights into what we could expect upon our arrival in India.

From start to finish, every aspect of the trip was flawlessly executed, making us feel like we were in safe hands throughout. We didn’t have to stand in any queues during our visits to the various attractions, and we were greeted by delightful guides at every attraction, and very helpful representatives at every airport we landed at in India. The luxury van provided was a welcome addition, as it shielded us from the unwanted attention of vendors trying to sell their services. Looking back on our trip, it’s remarkable how effortless everything was. All we had to do was show up and soak in the magnificent sights and sounds of India. Despite the extensive travel involved, we had the opportunity to relax and unwind in the charming settings of Kerala, on the beach and aboard a houseboat in Alleppey. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this company’s trip planning and coordination services to anyone seeking a hassle-free and unforgettable travel experience. Their commitment to personalized service, attention to detail, and efficient execution was truly impressive, and we would undoubtedly use their services again in the future.

Be sure you work closely with your consultant. They need your feedback on the itinerary and are happy to amend as needed. We went back and forth several times during the planning and our trip reflected what we wanted to see and do.

Our experience with Enchanting Travels was outstanding. The careful attention to the kinds of activities that we wanted to do, the thorough planning and seamless arrangements that were made, and the flexibility to reschedule when Covid struck and we had to postpone the trip for a year. We also had to change the end of our trip, due to COVID in Hong Kong, and finally when we had to cut our trip short dude or family emergency, Monika was able to facilitate that for us, which took a lot of the burden off us. We highly recommend them!

We had a perfectly crafted itinerary filled with immersive experiences, and we were worry-free every step of the way. We had dinner with locals in Buenos Aires. We had a legendary private guide trekking in Chalten. We had an unforgettable time at Patagonia Camp. I’m type-A, and nothing could have been done better. So, we will be using Enchanted Travels again!
