Enchanted Travels took the guessing and stress that comes along with planning a vacation and made our honeymoon a holiday we will never forget. With their on the ground knowledge and partners we felt we got to experience a great more of Argentina then we would of on our own.

Enchanting travel created a personalized experience, with Lisa and Samuel working with us on the planning of the trip. The itinerary and the guides provided were excellent, and gave us a good understanding of the history and culture of the three diverse regions we visited. Accommodations were per our needs. We would readily use Enchanting Travel for any future trips.

This was a trip of a lifetime for my family. Our travel consultant Peter did a great job, drawing up the itinerary and with perfect activities for our 11 year old and really good accommodations. Our trip coordinator Ntswaki was just amazing. She not only kept in touch with us throughout the trip, but she had our hotels leave wine and birthday cake etc, to make our trip special. She also met us at Cape Town and we enjoyed a wonderful evening Yacht with her! She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and comfortable before and during the trip. A big shout out to Estome our guide in Arusha and Serengeti, he was very knowledgeable, patient and gave us a wonderful experience throughout! Would absolutely recommend Enchanting Travels.

This was an epic trip overall. Well planned with coordinated support that made us feel safe…especially while traveling with 3 young kids! From the Maasai Village experience, to a 6 unforgettable days in our 2 bedroom villa in the four seasons to snorkeling in our yacht in Zanzibar. Alison planned a beautiful trip and Ben was a fantastic and responsive trip coordinator. The transportation and internal flights, logistics were all well done. A particular shout out to Ben for the last min Maasai village overnight experience with a matching host family. Epic.

Second time we have used Enchanting. First trip was to South Africa and this trip was Vietnam and Thailand. We’re from Chicago and took our 3 teenage girls to Vietnam and Thailand. I cant say enough about Enchanting. They helped us plan the trip and arranged transportation, guides and excursions. They are so reliable and everything is personal and customized. They vet the guides and the tours and I love that Kurt planner was there for me 24-7 via WhatsApp if there are every issues. I can say the activities they planned our trip were unique, cultural and customized. We loved the hotels (5 different ones, from Bangkok to Hanoi to Phuket). What was also huge was the shuttling us. They were there with their drivers and big minivans to pick us up at airports and shirtless us around. We had 5 flights within Vietnam and Thailand and the guides and drivers picked us up and dropped us off with no issues. The guides even walked into each airport with us and help us check in. Really a great travel experience.

We were able to do so much and see much in our short time in Cape Town with Enchanting Travels. The planning and execution were top notch and left our multi generation group satisfied yet not overwhelmed.

We were a family of four including 2 adult children who wanted an once-in-a-lifetime adventure. Planning such a custom trip to tailor all our needs appeared to be a challenging task. Working with travel consultants at Enchanting Travels made this possible seamlessly, and delivered us an unbelievable vacation with memories to last a lifetime.

Shaun worked with us, our schedule and incorporated all the activities we wanted into our trip. She communicated well and was very nice throughout the process. Pricing was transparent and we were able to make payments over a few months which was great (because a trip like this is such a big investment for us). Having the “onsite coordinator” made a big difference when the two things went wrong, she was readily available and communicated as quickly as possible to try and fix our issues. Overall everyone during the trip and the activities were amazing and this was definitely a trip of a lifetime. It was great to not have to think about the plan, it was written down and we knew someone was coming to meet us/pick us up for the activity of the day. Perfect balance of relaxing and fun.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation to Japan. Enchanting Travels did an amazing job planning this trip with us. I appreciate their partnership, responsiveness and overall attention to every detail. Once we were there, the guides were amazing! Our trip was effortless and so enjoyable because of all the great preparation and implementation done by Enchanting Travels.

Enchanting Travels organised a fantastic trip with us, we thoroughly enjoyed the trip itself and felt very supported by the team at every step of the process – from the exploration of the potential itinerary to eventual arrival and trip itself. We had an unexpected modification of the itinerary due to a flight delay and our trip coordinator was fantastic in helping us to re-arrange everything and reduce stress. The itinerary was great and we very much enjoyed every part of our trip!
