Enchanting travels was a top not travel company that was able to be current with the changing world situations. At a last minute country safety issues they were able to provide us with wonderful options so a trip could still be taken on desired dates like it had been planned all along! Great customer service!

The quality of the planning and the curating of the experiences to appeal to our particular group was pure magic. We were in awe of literally everything. The people we met and the places we went to were beyond what we imagined it all to be. There was no stress and plenty of flexibility. Enchanting Travels’ expertise and professionalism gave us an experience we could never have planned on our own.

Enchanting Travels was the easiest travel agency to work with. They were creative, patient and helpful. I loved my trip to Thailand with my son, using them as opposed to doing it all by myself, made this is much more pleasurable and easy trip. I would definitely use them again.

Enchanting Travels cared what I wanted to achieve from my trip and helped me plan it to my needs. Both the consultant and the coordinator were both very involved in making sure all details were taken care off and also assisted with my specific diet needs including allergy.

Patagonia is a magical destination full of wild raw scenery that did not disappoint. We had a well balanced, active itinerary that was very well advised by the Enchanted Team. Having local hiking guides made a real difference in our experience and our photography will be remind us of this incredible wild adventure. I would encourage fellow travelers to be very candid in the type of experience that they are looking for as I trust Enchanted can tailor accordingly. This was our third trip with Enchanted and we will continue to recommend them.

This was a complicated trip with multiple moving parts but the locations accommodations and guides were all stellar and all connection went off without a hitch.

The trip was everything I expected and more, Anita made sure I had the perfect trip agenda according to my requirements, then Param made sure I received all the information I needed before the trip and he was in contact during the trip making sure I was having a good time, the driver and guides were super nice and accommodating to my needs. This was my first solo trip and they made sure I felt safe and comfortable all the time.

Camila is the best trip coordinator I have dealt with in my 30 years plus traveling! She was extremely professional, immediately responsive to all my needs! I felt that she cared about the trip as if she were the one traveling and on vacation! When I travel to South America again I’m hopeful that she will be my trip coordinator!! Because of her in large part I will tell anyone who will listen about Enchanting Travels!!

We highly recommend Enchanting Travels if you are considering a trip to Argentina. They clearly demonstrated their experience working with travelers in this country. There were several times during our trip when we realized how thankful we’re were that we decided to work with them. The customized itineraries, personal chauffeurs, and domestic travel arrangements took a lot of the stress out of the trip. We spent two weeks in Argentina, visiting Buenos Aires, Bariloche, Mendoza, and Iguazu Falls. This was the trip of a lifetime and we’re so grateful that Enchanting Travels assisted in the memory. Great planning and in-country support!

The value in having a local guide to assist you from the moment you land at the airport to when you leave is immeasurable. I had issues with my luggage when leaving Vietnam and my local guide translated and waited with me until the problem was resolved. It took an extra 30 minutes to resolve but my guide said he wouldn’t leave until I was cleared for check in.
