We are so pleased with our experience using Enchanting Travels for our first South Africa Safari. We wanted a varied experience and Rose, our agent did an amazing job organizing 3 different areas of South Africa with 3 beautiful luxury lodges and game reserves. Rose managed all of the booking and we had a wonderful seem-less trip. We had an amazing trip coordinator, Ntswaki, who met us in the airport in Johannesburg when we arrived. Ntswaki made sure everything went smoothly as we traveled from Johannesburg to the Eastern Cape and stayed in Kariega for 3 nights then a charter flight to Madikwe for 2 nights and 3 days and finished at Thornybush to celebrate our anniversary. We traveled from the US and were happy with how smoothly everything ran and the lodges were top notch. We had very little knowledge about traveling in South Africa and Enchanting handled all of the details and got us to each destination with out a snag. We had no worries as all of the airport transfers were seem-less as there was a representative to meet us as we departed our flights and they helped with luggage and check-ins. I can not say enough good things about Enchanting and the most amazing first trip to South Africa we could hope for! Thank you Enchanting for giving us a trip if a lifetime!!

The itinerary was set up to meet are personal interests and feel we had a good experience of the country and the food and culture of Peru . We loved our 8 day trip to Sicily! We visited three cities that truly gave us the full Sicily experience. The hotels were fantastic and well located. We enjoyed all of our tours and activities, and the cooking class was especially fun! We will definitely use Enchanting Travels again and again.

I was very impressed with the responsiveness of our Travel Consultant, Anna and trip coordinator, Ruth. Our decision to travel was on pretty short notice. Anna was on top of the planning immediately. She listened carefully to what we wanted and quickly put it all into place! It was a delight to work with her! Once the trip was confirmed we were connected to Ruth who was readily available to help with any problems. The trip exceeded our expectations!

Enchanted Travels is a top-notch travel agency. All the requests I had were made available and my daughter and I had the best vacation in the U.K. The agency provided drivers that were professional and drove us to our destinations. I would use the travel services again for a future trip!
