Enjoyed the simple process of creating and booking an itinerary through Enchanting Travels. Our trip to Rwanda ended up being the most rewarding and unique experience we have ever had. Our trip coordinator helped add special touches to our trip to ensure we had the best anniversary ever. This will be a trip we’ll remember for the rest of our lives. Both Karolina and Alex were essential in making this such an incredible experience.

Just returned from a fabulous vacation in Ireland. There were four of us on the trip. I booked a private tour through Enchanting Travels. Highly recommend them. The activities they helped me plan were wonderful. The hotels were all very good. Loved the private driver we used. We will use them on a future vacation somewhere.

If you are thinking about booking with this company, stop thinking and do it! From the first phone call, the amazing adventures and guides, to the last text message with our trip coordinator and our complimentary bottle of wine, everything was top notch. We had so many meaningful experiences. Our tour guide at Machu Picchu, Darcy, told us something beautiful: He said, “You travel three times. Once when you plan, once when you are there, and once when you look at your pictures.” Since we have looked at our pictures a million times already, we’re tired from traveling so much. We had no experience with South America, and they made us feel safe, warm, and welcomed!

Ben is AMAZING! He is so helpful, friendly, accommodating and quick to respond. I’ve never experienced such great customer service as he has provided. Please give him a raise, put him in charge, anything to reflect his value. He deserves it and not only is he a great asset to this company but more importantly he is a wonderful human being

The trip was life changing. The people and experiences were incredible, wonderfully planned and more than we could imagine on a vacation!

Having the car rental done, the hotels booked and the activity vouchers given to us made the trip so much fun – we could just show up and enjoy!

Alaska was my dream trip – I was looking online for travel portals to help with the planning. That’s when I saw Enchanting Travels – submitted the info online and had a chance to speak with Kris. He was truly amazing! He patiently worked with me as I kept going back and forth on what I wanted to do. After multiple adjustments and changes we felt like we had the perfect itinerary. Kris also added a lot of things on his own which would not have been my first choice – but he asked me to trust him on it. And boy was he right! When we got close to departure Jonathan was great in answering all my questions and there were no issues with execution. Throughout the trip we had no issues with reservations, pick ups or transfers. The train journey, jeep excursions, Cabin night, ATV tours, Kenai Fjords – the whole trip was just one breathtaking adventure after another. I am so happy that I chose to go with Enchanting Travels. I would most definitely reach out to them again for my next trip. For other travelers I would say – Put your faith in them, they will plan the best trip for you!

While not our original agenda, the Galapagos Islands were a safer option than the Andes with civil unrest while in Ecuador. We felt very safe and well cared for during our entire trip. Another enchanting adventure!!

Enchanting Travels planned our most memorable vacation yet, a 10 day trip to France and Switzerland. My husband and I got to have our baby-moon in France and it was a trip that incorporated our love for the macabre, good food, and allowed us the flexibility to plan around family time. Thanks so much to the team who made this possible!

We really enjoyed the trip, our 2nd to the Seychelles. I can’t give enough praise to Danielle and Cuilin who worked very hard to reschedule it after our original plans had to be scuttled due to COVID.

Enchanting Travels was a breeze to work with. In Avignon, watching a couple struggle with their phones and tablets while trying to find their hotel reservations made me appreciate that we had a 24/7 contact should any of our plans go awry.

Our trip was lovely. We were met at the airport by a driver and whisked to our hotel. My granddaughters loved the Perfume Making Class and Cooking Class in Paris. Of course, they loved all the wonderful sites we visited. Our hotel was perfect. We left Paris and headed to London. Our hotel and tour guides were wonderful. We saw so much in a three-day period due to the skill and knowledge of our tour guides. It was a magical trip.

We were very pleased with the Enchanting Travels experience from start to finish. Having a knowledgeable trip planner, transportation and transfers pre-arranged and reliable, and a trip coordinator to contact for emergencies made our trip much less stressful and more enjoyable. We would definitely use Enchanting Travels for future trips.

My wife had never been to Africa and was scared to go. But because of Enchanting Travels we had the opportunity and my wife loved the trip so much that she would like to go back again in a few years to take our kids. Notten’s Bush Camp was absolutely amazing and we will definitely visit there again.

Cizel is a miracle worker he FaceTime us and found all the things we liked and didn’t like and within 2 1/2 days had a 10 day itinerary planned for us with even a surprise of a trip that I didn’t think we had time for.

My husband and I are very happy with the second successful trip we took with Enchanting Travels – we had different needs and these were met. Our first trip was the 2 of us traveling around Rajasthan. The second one we just completed was around Greece with our 2 teenager grandchildren . The balance of historical visits and interesting days “off” was appreciated by all of us !
