I would highly recommend enchanting travels for safaris and other services they offer, everyone is very helpful and accommodates to your desires throughout your trip. One thing that really impressed me was them scheduling a tour for me on such a short notice, I was in Botswana and 2 days before my trip I wanted to see if I could get a day tour into Zimbabwe to see Victoria falls, they made it very effortless and had everything scheduled within one day.

Our accommodations were wonderful and our safari guide took great care of us.

Enchanting Travels created and original trip based on our conversations and our interests. When there was civil unrest in the country we were at the quickly changed our itinerary to keep us safe and so we could continue our trip.

Enchanting Travels did a fabulous job planning an amazing trip to Tanzania for our 40th anniversary celebration. We spent 15 days traveling throughout Tanzania doing game drives through 4 national parks, biking through villages, canoeing on Momella lake in Arusha National Park, and hiking to a waterfall and on the rim of Ngorongoro Crater. We loved our guide that made sure we saw the Big 5 as well as an abundance of wildlife far greater than we could have imagined. The trip was well planned and we were taken care of during all aspects of the trip. The lodges that were chosen by Enchanting Travels were excellent and enhanced our experiences. I would highly recommend Enchanting Travels. I hope we will be able to use them for more adventures in the future.

Great company to work with.

We had an absolute great experience with Enchanting Travels, from the planning of the trip through the execution and daily communication while we were on the trip. Our trip consisted of a visit to Victoria falls and then traveling to east Africa to do safari in Kenya and Tanzania. Our trip ended with a stay on beautiful Zanzibar. Having everything arranged for us was a huge help on such a big trip, the lodging, all of the travel arrangements, etc.

Personal and timely attention

We are experienced travelers and have planned itineraries and excursions on our own. However, since this was an entirely new destination, and it was a special trip for our anniversary, we decided to get some guidance as first-time visitors. The travel consultant did a great job listening to what we liked/disliked and came back with a proposal tailored for us. Our trip coordinator was also helpful once we were in country, helping to bridge a few minor gaps. Excellent work all around.

I can not overstate how fantastic the group at Enchanting Travels have been! Our trip to Greece was perfect. They took extra time and effort to work with the hotels to personalize every detail, and even sent very special and very appreciated personalized gifts to surprise us along the way. This was our first time to utilize a travel agency for any of our previous vacations. We traveled to Greece for 12 nights and the team at Enchanting Travels did an outstanding job of putting everything together based on our requests. A couple of minor hiccups along the way were easily remedied to our satisfaction. We would definitely use Enchanting Travels again in the future.
