There is a lot to be said about a tailored trip, but enchanted also removed all of the barriers that make you nervous about travel. The support while I was in Patagonia was amazing, responsive, and very reassuring. I compared notes with other travellers and by far had the best care.

We look forward to travelling with Enchanted again in the very near future. Every part of the team, from the trip planner, to the trip coordinator, to the guides and drivers are all very professional and knowledgeable and seem to truly care for you and for the success of your trip. I had a very unusual itinerary in mind that included typical tourist destinations as well as a very far from the beaten path destination. Our travel consultant worked with us to make it all happen. She worked hard finding local partners to help us figure it out. She wasn’t just selling me on familiar tour packages. She helped us customize our trip to our very specific needs.

Enchanting made our trip truly enjoyable and enchanting. The itinerary was perfect, the local partners were great and every detail was taken care of for us. We were even personally guided thru every step of our border crossing from Argentina to Brazil. We could not have been more pleased.
