We were recommended by friends to use Enchanting travel to help plan our Africa Experience. From first contact to the conclusion of the trip Enchanting travel supported our every need and looked after every detail. Our trip was absolutely flawless and an experience of a life time. I would be happy to discuss our trip with any potential customers as we feel our agenda gave us the perfect overview of sights, culture and safari activities. We came home and feel we missed nothing.

We have had 2 wonderful holidays with Enchanting Travels. Both were different, but equally Enchanting planned amazing experiences , I feel the run of the mill tour agencies do not try to cater for the individual clients likes and wishes. I will always now contact Enchanting Travels first when planning future holidays.

Both Jojo and Nitika were very professional and helpful. However due to our circumstances of during the trip of a plane cancellation, Nitika went above and beyond in order to help on things that were not necessarily her job or responsibility. We needed her and she was there!!! Jojo pursued every detail until she got it the way we wanted the trip to go. She never cut corners and always wanted to make sure we got what we wanted in the quote process. That made me believe the rest of the trip would go that way as well…..it did!

Africa was amazing, EnchantingTravel was amazing, everything about our trip was amazing. Enchanting Travels helped us every step of the way. Our accommodations were perfect and so were the activities. I wish I could go back right now.

Really appreciate how everything is seamlessly arranged and choreographed – from the planning stage to the trip. Plus knowing that there is someone available 24/7 in case it is needed is very comforting.

I came to Angela Wright with a big bucket list of things that I particularly wanted to do. Angela came up with all the options and helped me to hone them all into a single package. Maryanne then took over and did the fine tuning and followed our progress. It was good to know that backup was not too far away if needed. The accommodation and food was first class and the guides/drivers were excellent and very knowledgeable. The staff in camps were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed meeting the local people whenever we had the chance.

Enchanting Travels planned our trip specifically with what we wanted and needed from our trip. I couldn’t have asked for a better once in a lifetime trip.

This is an amazing operation, start to finish. The support we received throughout the trip was first-rate. And even when some minor missteps occurred, the staff not only corrected them, but clearly went out of their way to make up for them. We will certainly travel with Enchanting Travels again & again.

The African guides and people were delightful! The safaris were amazing and the guides did their best to make sure we saw a variety of animals.

Trip to Kenya – a memory to cherish. Thanks to Enchanting Travels for planning the trip for us. Their attention to small details such as noticing my mother’s birthday from passport and throwing a surprise at the hotel we stayed at, is what we cherish. During every trip with Enchanting Travels we end up making more friends.

Enchanting Travels made our trip to Bali an experience we will always remember. From the initial planning stages to the actual execution of the trip, the staff was very professional and helpful. Our trip through Africa was expertly handled by Enchanting Travels. Every detail went to plan which was a first for the four of us. From Cape Town, Rovos Rail, Botswana, Victoria Falls, Kruger South and two Safari destinations in Kenya, the wildlife and friendliness of the African people were incredible. The accommodation, food and many wonderful experiences that were arranged by Enchanting Travels exceeded expectations throughout and Angela really listened to what we wanted then organised everything perfectly. Africa was amazing, Enchanting Travels was excellent and thanks to Florian for his warm hospitality. Would definitely book another journey through Enchanting.

Enchanting Travels was there every step of the way and very responsive to any requests made during the trip. Our trip coordinator (Florence) in particular made sure to check in on us on a regular basis and even arranged a surprise goodbye dinner for the group!

Overall a great experience from beginning to end. The staff at Enchanting Tavels were very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable.

This itinerary provided an amazing, Nat Geo level, wildlife experience, founded in the bush walks and the game drives with knowledgeable, enthusiastic guides. And the accommodations were superlative, and of course it only was improved by having wild animals wondering through the camps.
