I have traveled the world with Enchanting Travels for many consecutive years. Every trip is unique, exciting and unforgettable. Enchanting staff looks after me since day one we start planning the trip and follows up with me throughout my travel. If I need anything big or small, they go miles to help! I can not imagine a travel agency with better quality service than Enchanting Travels!

Thank you to you and your team for an amazing trip! We had so much fun! We really appreciate how all of our arrangements came together so seamlessly. Every detail seemed to be worked out so that we didn’t have to worry about anything! We loved all of our accommodations. At Bakwena and Cloud 9 especially, the staffs were very sweet and were very attentive. VF Hotel was amazing as well but, due to its size and the shortness of our stay, we didn’t interact with the same people usually. Also, all of the drivers were very nice and helpful as well.

Everyone at Enchanting will do everything they can to ensure that you have the trip of a lifetime! I highly recommend using the company for your holiday!!

We loved that we were able to enjoy each place we visited without having to worry at all about the logistics. Everything – from transportation to selecting great tour guides, to ensuring that our schedule allowed us to visit all the key highlights – was taken care of. It was a completely stress-free experience, which was really valuable to us considering that the places we visited are not as developed as other parts of the world. They did a great job at balancing the activities to include a great mix of things we were interested in. They were also very flexible to help us add to the itinerary once we were at these places! We are also very grateful about how well Enchanting Travels handled my food allergy. Everyone along the way was informed and were helpful in making accommodations for me. I felt completely safe at all times.

The accommodations, guides and drivers were tremendous. The transfers and activities were executed like clockwork and the support during the trip was excellent.

Sometimes when you build your dream trip with many elements, it’s hard to relax and enjoy it because one missed connection or sub-par hotel can put a damper on the experience. With Enchanting Travels, you can be sure every detail is perfectly executed and if things come up, they will be expertly dealt with. Because of them, our honeymoon was perfect. They planned an exotic, luxurious, and educational experience that was top notch from the moment we touched down to the moment we were chauffeured to the airport.

Indonesia is our nearest neighbour and yet Australians really don’t know much about it and its people. We only know what the politicians tell us. Enchanting organised a trip for us where we got to experience this ancient culture, enjoy the centuries old buildings and temples, commute with the orangotangs in the jungle and meet the people. We did all of these things while still enjoying unique and fabulous hotels and lodges, our own private guide and driver. We saw and experienced things we had never seen before. Fantastic.
