Araras Eco Lodge

Araras Eco Lodge sits surrounded by the floodplains of the eco diverse Pantanal region. This lodge-style property has been built using sustainable materials to seamlessly blend into the surroundings. Accommodation here is spread across air conditioned rooms and suites that are tastefully done up in a rustic style with natural wood accents. The spacious rooms are equipped with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay, and also come with screened windows and ensuite facilities. While here, you can head out on photo safaris, hikes, and bird watching excursions accompanied by naturalist guides. The lodge also partners with Brazilian Institute of the Environment and Renewable Natural Resources (IBAMA) to help maintain a sanctuary for birds that have been rescued from the illegal pet market. In your free time, enjoy a dip in the outdoor swimming pool. The large veranda is dotted with hammocks that are perfect for lounging. At the in-house restaurant, that has indoor and outdoor seating, dine on Pantanal cuisine featuring seasonal produce. There is also a bar serving a variety of drinks including fine wines from the lodge’s cellar.
