Olakira Camp is a luxury tented safari camp offering an authentic and intimate safari experience. The camp adapts to the migratory patterns by moving to where the action is. From mid December to March, the camp is located in the Ndutu area to witness the magical calving season of the wildebeest in the southern Serengeti. From June to November, the camp moves to a crossing site where the Bolongonja River meets the Mara River. The eight tents are spacious, comfortable and have en-suite flush toilets and safari showers. After game drives and activities, guests gather at the fire place for sundowners. The campfire and the sounds of the wildlife make Olakira particularly charming; the intimate size and the friendly, well-trained staff create an authentic safari experience. Enjoy activities such as game drives and off-roading, bird watching, and picnics. From June to November, Olakira combines very well with Sayari Camp for a varied safari experience and during this time guests combining these two camps can experience a beautiful bush walk from Olakira to Sayari.
