I used Enchanting Travels for our Kenya safari experience as well as our trip to Seychelles afterward. Their service is top notch. From my first encounter with their US representative, Peter de Sousa, to our skilled trip coordinator in Nairobi, Cyprian Otieno, we were well taken care of. They thought of everything so we didn’t have to. No detail was left unattended and our guides and drivers were the glue that kept everything together and running smoothly. All we did was show up at the time we were supposed to and everything was handled, from entrance to venues, checking in for flights to the bush, national park fees, etc. it felt like we were royalty at times the way we got fast tracked thru many things. I plan on using them again because everyone should feel like they are special when going on vacation and Enchanting Travels does just that!
