They delivered on all of their promises, providing personalized, professional and friendly travel guidance and support before and during our family trip to Asia. The support during the trip was so helpful, especially when we switched excursion dates (due to the weather) and when we had to rebook a flight! Where to begin. This company planned a trip for my daughter for her high school graduation gift. Our varied interests were expertly coordinated through the itinerary with as much or little guided experiences as I wanted. Specific accommodation requests were honored. The detailed itinerary book we received on landing in Osaka was VERY impressive and private transfers throughout our journey eliminated so much stress. I have every intention of using this company again.

We loved the Vespa tour in Rome. So much fun and we got to see a lot of the city. In Florence the private wine tour was amazing. Our guide to us off course to his favorite winery that has been family owned for over 700 years! The winery Appiano was built in a cave! Very cool. We had a wine tasting and bought wine to be shipped home. Venus- I wish we could have stayed an extra day or two in Venus. I just absolutely loved it!

Enchanting Travels did a great job of planning our trip from start to finish, and their staff was available to help throughout the trip. Would definitely use them again.

Our Tour Co-Ordinator was Rose Kennedy from Melbourne. She devised an excellent itinerary for us and organized private drivers for us in a country like Germany which doesn’t normally push that thing. I can assure Rose from Enchanting Melbourne is well equipped to organize our Germany holiday.

Not only did we get a personal, private tour for the family, we got an authentic experience on many days getting personalized experiences with locals such as going to a seafood market visited only by locals and authentic food eating with locals.

It was a very smooth trip with all the elements we had asked for!

Being a newbie to traveling in Europe, I needed guidance. I found that and much more with the planning of the trip and support through the whole process as well as while being on the trip itself. Enchanting Travels assisted our family with our first trip to Hawaii. The process was very professional with a detailed itinerary, a virtual meeting to go over all items on the itinerary as well as a 24/7 representative that provided our family support while on the trip. The process was simple and very stress free. We simply told Shannon the islands we wanted to visit, the date range we were looking for and all the main things we wanted to do. Kenny Edghill did a fantastic job assisting us fine tune our itinerary and supporting us while we were on the trip. We were very pleased and will use Enchanting Travels for our next trip out of the country or in this case, out of the mainland.
