I would 100% recommend Enchanting Travels to friends and family. I’d also use them again for a long distance trip like Africa. Anna was so professional, friendly and attentive. I was provided options based on my preferences and never once felt pressured to spend more or add anything. Having Ntswaki on the ground available to me was also fantastic.

Our trip to Oaxaca during Dia de Muertos 2022 was nothing short of magical. Enchanting Travels created a fabulous itinerary that included all the festivities relevant to the holiday as well as cultural experiences and an amazing bird watching tour. Enchanting Travels helped plan a beautiful and memorable trip to Bolivia for us. We wanted to do it all and they were able to narrow the scope and create a really awesome itinerary. They made sure to keep in mind our personal preferences and did not miss any details. The booking process was smooth. Very responsive during the planning stage and also while on the trip itself. Accommodations were excellent, transfers and hand-off from one guide to another was very well coordinated. The company was extremely attentive to our safety.

I felt so well organized and informed with Enchanting Travels. They did all the work and made this so stress free! I honestly just had to sit back and enjoy it!!!

At our age (70+) this was a trip we would not have done on our own. We appreciated both the professional driver (particularly in Marrakech) and the tour guide (who knew the history, geography and politics of the country).

Enchanting Travels did an amazing job from start to finish. We could not have asked for better service. Peter, the trip consultant was very knowledgeable, while Gao our trip coordinator was responsive, easy to talk to, and very helpful if any questions came up. Our guide, Alfred during the safari’s was amazing. It was fun to build a relationship and create a friendship. We look forward to coming back and doing another trip with Alfred.

They gave me the information and guidance, based upon excellent in-country expertise, to figure out what destinations would be perfect for me and my wife. They also helped me pick the specific excursions that were so wonderful. All in-country flights, transfers and logistics were flawless, and the hotels that they work with varied from excellent to amazing. My representative was available at all times in case of any problem that might occur, and to keep me informed about upcoming flights or anything else. Enchanting Travels made this a perfect trip. My wife and I are so grateful and happy!
