We use Enchanting Travels a few times a year, and they never disappoint. I often have a few custom requests for sightseeing, and they’re always accommodating and enthusiastic about having a client scout out some place new. I have 2 more trips booked with them on the calendar in the 12 months ahead. This will have been my 6th trip using them and have never had any issues.

Our trip to southern India was customized for us by Enchanting Travels based on suggested itineraries from their website. The two of us spent 22 days with 2 different drivers, the first in Karnataka and the second in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. They were excellent drivers and the SUV was always spotless. They also spoke reasonably good English so we were able to learn about the areas we were driving through and the Indian culture. The local coordinator was available by What’s App and frequently checked in with us to see how the trip was going. She also changed our internal flights on short notice and had someone meet us at the airport with our boarding passes! We really felt we were never alone. We are totally spoiled now that we have travelled with Enchanting Travels and will definitely travel with them again! This is a first class organization!

My son and I experienced an incredible trip to Antarctica. It was truly a trip of a lifetime seeing a place so few really know about. We saw penguins, whales, seals, birds only indigenous to that region. Alison Felfoldi of Enchanting Travels made our experience a truly personal expedition. She listened well to our wants and needs and having experienced Antarctica on her own she knew exactly what would be required and perfect for our travel. Many thanks for always being available and steers us in the right direction of this awesome trip!

This was our 14th trip with Enchanting. Each trip is always very well coordinated with never any worries about transportation, reservations or tickets etc…. The guides are always very knowledgable, helpful and kind. The drivers are always very prompt and courteous. The trip coordinators are in constant contact for any needs or concerns throughout the journey. I always answer the survey after our trips and know that Enchanting takes the answers very seriously. Thanks to the staff at Enchanting for many happy memories!

Katie and Kenny did a fantastic job in both the planning stages and the actual implementation. We are so glad we had them help us with our 50th Anniversary trip.

We had an amazing trip with Katie and Kenny helping us plan our 50th Anniversay trip to Alaska to see the Northern Lights. The trip was fabulous and we were always able to get help when we needed it. I would definitely recommend using Enchanting Travels and Katie and Kenny to plan your next trip they were so helpful in the planning process as well as during our travels.

Enchanting exceeded our expectations by a wide margin. They built the itinerary that was perfect for us and were with us throughout the entire trip checking in on us and handling any issues that could possibly arise (like a delayed flight that had a trickle effect). The staff were all over and above attentive and caring. The app they have you use is surprisingly excellent and helpful. Can’t say enough about this travel company. It’s the way to go.

Anna Thomas was very adept at planning our trip to South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana. She is a keen listener and grasped what I wanted on the trip. Her knowledge of the area, the lodging, game drives and the multitude of options at each stop are exactly what we wanted. The trip plan was exceptional and the actual trip went perfectly, without a hitch. I was truly a trip of a lifetime! I would recommend Anna as a trip planner/coordinator for anyone looking to travel in south and/or east Africa. I certainly plan on using her again.

Enchanting Travels exquisitely prepared our excursion from top-to-bottom based on our initial discussions regarding our desires for our trip. From cities, sites, tours, hotels, & activities, we were immersed in our favorite style of travel: get involved in activities [culinary class, organic farming, yes – and of course care of the elephants], great knowledgeable guides, local food tasting as one priority, and trying different modes of local transport [from car, boat, bicycle, Cyclo-cross, Tuk-Tuk, Long Boat, gondola, canoe, Vespa scooter, and even a bamboo raft]. The hotels were specifically selected for their local style, and the sites were all well represented and included off-the-beaten path historical and natural treasures. The oversight of our trip via the App as well as 24/7 coordinator involvement made it totally hassle-free.

Enchanting Travels and their staff put together a trip of a lifetime. We hadn’t traveled to Asia before and were nervous about what to expect or how to navigate once we were there. We also really didn’t know what we wanted to do other than a few expectations. We went to four countries with multiple hotels, flights and boat excursions. I cannot believe that the 5 week trip went off with out any hitches! Everything was so smooth and effortless. We did not worry about anything the whole time we were there. It was comforting to know that our trip coordinator was there for us if we needed her and she certainly responded quickly if we did have a need or question. The choices for hotels that Enchanting Travels recommended were superb and the guides and driver were knowledgeable and fun. I can not speak more highly of all of their services and plan on using them again for another big trip.

Their level of service was outstanding, both from the prospective of immediately responding to questions as well as proactively reaching out with updates/recommendations. We had a phenomenal experience on our trip to Colombia! The planning phase of the trip was seamless given that Katie had worked with us before and knew exactly what we enjoyed, which allowed her to put together an itinerary that suited us perfectly. The trip provided a lot of variety – from exploring big cities such as Medellin and Bogota, to hiking in the Cocora Valley in the coffee region and relaxing in the Caribbean city of Cartagena, each location felt like its own trip. We loved the different experiences we had, including street food tours, museum visits, hiking/nature exploration and learning about the fascinating history of the country. We would 100% recommend both Colombia and Enchanting Travels.

We recently were on a family trip (12 (ages 13-79)of us) to Costa Rica. Mark Pollich and Samuel Holguin were an amazing team
-helping with planning accomodations,activities,transportation and providing constant support during the trip. Highly recommend -definitely exceeded our expectations. We had a blast!

Katie planned an AMAZING honeymoon to Thailand for us and it was more than we could have every asked for. During the initial planning phase, my fiance and I knew we wanted to get the full Thailand experience, but really didn’t know what we wanted to see, where we wanted to stay, or what kinds of excursions we wanted to do. Katie listened to our ideas, likes / dislikes, and asked questions about our budget. She really tailored our honeymoon to fit our desire to experience the culture of Thailand … while still relaxing and being “on vacation.”

The actual trip itself went off without a hitch, thanks for the detailed communication between the app and our trip concierge, Rahul. Having a dedicated guide and driver for each leg of the trip gave us the “hand holding” that we wanted for our honeymoon – just being able to relax and enjoy without worrying about the logistics. Also, the fact that everything was private made it that much better – we could really appreciate the romantic honeymoon and spend time with each other, without any distractions.

All of our accommodations were top tier … without the top tier price. One of my biggest fears when traveling is that a hotel is not as great as advertised, or is in a shady area, etc. But I totally trusted Katie’s knowledge and experience and never once had those worries on this trip. I love how Katie was able to find us luxurious hotels that fit within our budget. Every hotel knew it was our honeymoon, thanks to Enchanting Travels, and provided a little something special at welcome.

I highly recommend Enchanting Travels (and Katie!) and 100% would book another vacation again with them. I am usually a “DIY” type of traveler, but this trip now has me spoiled.

Our week-long visit to Delhi and Rajasthan planned in a short period of time was exceptional. Everything except our dinners was arranged for and included in the itinerary. Our personal guides in each city were engaging and enhanced our experience tremendously. Our chauffeur (far more than a driver) was brilliant. He was also our trip coordinator and provided local guidance as we travelled. The whole visit was executed perfectly and Enchanting staff made it so from planning through to the final wave goodbye. We are so pleased to have found this company and will definitely select them again for future visits elsewhere in the world.

Our experience with enchanting travels was absolutely out of this world. We utilized their services to plan our honeymoon to New Zealand and boy, did they deliver!! Rebecca, went above and beyond to ensure we were truly happy with our itinerary and that It included a good balance of excursions as well as relaxing on our trip. She was receptive to any questions or feedback we had. Our travel liaison, Emma, was there every step of our trip to make sure we were comfortable, never lost, and always had the answers to any of our questions. This trip was truly the trip of a lifetime and a bucket list trip for my husband and I. We would not hesitate to utilize their services for another trip and we would definitely recommend them to any of our friends and family.

We have travelled to three different countries with the assistance of Enchanting Travels, most recently to Namibia. Each experience has been positive. Namibia was wonderful to visit and our trip was enhanced with the help and coordination of Danielle and Meghan (and undoubtedly so many others who are behind the scene). Our itinerary was individualized and catered to what we value and request. Our trip coordinator, Meghan, is so professional, prompt, and very invested in us having a wonderful experience. The in country guides and excursion companies Enchanting Travels has connected us with have been top notch. The new Trip Agent app which details the trip itinerary is fabulous! We highly recommend Enchanting Travels and are already working with Danielle to plan a trip to Egypt!

Enchanting Travels did an excellent job of planning, coordinating, and executing our trip. This was our first trip with Enchanting Travels and we would definitely recommend them and we will definitely use them again. They have an outstanding staff and listened to our needs and developed a trip within our budget. While I was skeptical about having a coordinator in another country, it worked; when we needed help addressing issues, which were minor, they were on it quickly and efficiently and effectively. This is a first rate operation.
