We had a great trip without any worries . Camila was always quickly responsive if there was a change or issue to resolve. My only recommendation is to not to try to do everything it is nice to have some days of just relaxing.

Third party reviews helped us make our decision but we had been talking with several agencies and after comparing the various proposed itineraries with the other agencies, we opted to go with Enchanting Travels and did not regret the decision one minute. Things could not have been coordinated better.

Iceland is a beautiful country with wonderful people. Everyone we met was kind and helpful. English was spoken by everyone we encountered. Enchanting Travels did an excellent job of booking our excursions with local companies. There were a few things that were not open as we were traveling in the off season but it was nice to not have crowds, although there were still tour buses at some stops. Driving in Iceland was similar to Massachusetts with the rotaries and weather conditions. We were in Reykjavik and Fludir. So much to see that we would love to go back and see the puffins, whales and drive the ring road.

Outstanding service from the moment we landed to the minute we were dropped off at the airport. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Enchanting Travels!!!! You will not be disappointed in using them. Highly professionals from the planning of the trip, the travel consultant, pickups at airport, drivers, hotels, tour guides and trip coordinator. Must try them, you will not be disappointed, and we are planning to use them for all our future trips. I have wanted to learn about India’s culture, history and all the famous sites, and they have exceeded my expectations and more. GREAT GUIDES IN ALL CITIES and our driver, Raj as well gave us facts as well since he was with us the majority of our trip.

Fantastic trip. Safari experiences were enthralling. I didn’t want it to end. Lodges were great – it made me think of Out of Africa where they’re having an elaborate dinner in the bush. People were great. I was amazed at how much the guides knew and loved seeing African animals and bush with a running narrative. My Enchanting Travels travel coordinators were great – from the initial plans and throughout the trip where they made sure all went smoothly and sometimes helped with questions or minor issues.

Amazing, fantastic trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos! We toured Quito and Guayaquil and had a wonderful 5 day cruise around the Galapagos Islands. Walter helped us plan a trip within our time frame with great activities. Claudia made sure everything was taken care of when we were in Ecuador – no worries if guides or drivers would show up. Seeing the birds and iguanas not move when we were near was totally amazing – a once in a lifetime experience!

Overall incredible experience. Great up front planning and comms. Arrival and logistics throughout were flawless. The itinerary was spectacular and also allowed us some flexibility to fit in things we just learned about on the ground. Sam, our guide in Cambodia, really made it an over the top trip- he was so kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and really made us feel like family. We felt like we had a “go to” for literally anything which was so comforting especially given how uncertain travel requirements and restrictions fluctuated through COVID. As an example, he was able to get us pre departure COVID tests and results within 15 minutes. Brindha was also incredible. So responsive and helpful throughout the entire trip. Really amazing. Would highly recommend!

My trip planner proved to be a good listener and took the time to get to know me. She planned my trip based on the information she got from our conversations. It resulted on the most amazing vacation. The hotels, activities, food was exactly ME! It was a wonderful, fun experience!

I consider myself well traveled person and I was very skeptical of using a travel service. I never thought in all my years of traveling on my own that I would find a better way to do so until I booked with Enchanting Travels. Every step of the way was so stress-free and smooth. I felt I was in great hands from planning to my return back home. Rose Kennedy did an excellent job helping me create the exact trip that I wanted. Even with all the COVID restrictions she managed me get everything coordinated and planned for the most memorable trip of my life. Ravi Kakkar was my trip coordinator and he did an excellent job keeping me informed and up to date with everything that needed my attention. I appreciate someone guiding me every step of the way when charting into the unknown. Ravi made my travel experience very comforting and gave me peace of mind so I could focus on enjoying my trip. Enchanting Travels had picked some of the very best people you could ask with their tour guides. I couldn’t ask for a better set of people. No matter which region I traveled to Enchanting Travels managed to provide me and incredible person to guide me in my travels. I could go on to write another several paragraphs just highlighting these gentlemen but I’ll give them the credit they deserve in an additional email. This was one of the most enjoyable trips I have enjoyed in many many years of travel. I wish to thank, and commend Alison Felfoldi for all her efforts, including rearranging the entire trip when we had to cancel the January departure and rebook for April, and addressing the very challenging task of guests coming in and leaving at various stages on various airlines. She was great and integral to putting together this great trip. I wish to thank and commend Claudia Coral. All of her arrangements for hotels, internal flights, activities and ground support were excellent. And I’d like to thank our three “handlers” (I don’t know if that’s the right term): Evelyn in Santiago, Victor in Puerto Veras, and Magdalena in Chiloe. They were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and made special every place we visited. Thank you to the entire Enchanting Travel gang.

The expertise is amazing and it will absolutely make your trip less stressful and enjoyable. The hotels were perfect too!

Our vacation to South Africa was magical. It was really well planned. we did not have to plan anything, Enchanting Travels took care of all the details.

Enchanting Travel provided us with what was possibly the most relaxing travel experience I have ever had. They did so much of our planning that we could just enjoy the travels. They didn’t randomly plan, we had multiple zoom meeting about our trip visions and travel style so the itinerary was custom made.

The entire experience was first rate and when a couple of things went a bit wrong they not only fixed the problem but gave us a little extra treat to make up for it (even if it wasn’t their fault). The guides were excellent as were all the transfers.
