Located in close proximity to the highlights of Cusco, the Hotel Ruinas offers rooms that are quite large and furnished in a simple yet functional manner. Colonial accents complete the design. Guests enjoy a delicious breakfast in the restaurant, and experience great service from the ever-helpful personnel.
The hotel is modern and very good. We did have a problem the last night on our return from Machu Picchu as the hotel booked us into 2 rooms instead of the 3 that had been reserved. We resolved the issue with the help of Amelia, our trip advisor.

(which we found was not true) they insisted we go elsewhere instead but we refused numerous times.
We went to the restaurant we were planning on (without reservations) and got sat anyway....Read More
