Satao Camp

Sitting unobtrusively amongst shady trees, and facing a well-used water-hole, Satao Camp in Tsavo East provides a tranquil slice of the full beauty of the African Bush. Walking to the accommodation, comprising 20 Tents, 4 of which are suites, your path will be crossed by scampering gazelles and numerous birds. The Tents, with their rustic furniture and earth toned colours, are comfortable and well equipped. Eating at the dining room and terrace offers more opportunity for wild-life watching, as it over- looks the water-hole, where myriad animals, large and small, come to drink. Game drives will allow you to explore the vastness of the surrounding Park, before returning for good food and your favourite drink, and, maybe, a quiet seat in the observation tower, watching the sun go down
