Alison did a fantastic job in catering our itinerary to meet all of our requests, and we had a wonderful trip to Namibia, Victoria Falls, Okavango Delta, and Chobe National Park. Alison and Cyprian were a wealth of knowledge and provided recommendations and insights that helped make our trip magical. We felt reassured knowing we had assistance every step of the way and they made sure our travels between 3 countries were seamless and easy. All of our hotels and lodges far exceeded expectations. “Safaris in Namibia and Botswana – Enchanting Travels provided sound recommendations on our travel itinerary, accommodations and activities. Our family was not familiar with either Namibia or Botswana but found the safari lodges and other accommodations to be good value, in some stunning locations. A good mix of luxury and bush experience. Activities were all well run, interesting but safe. Safari guides were motivated and competent.”

Our trip co-ordinator made everything easier. Airport connections that without her would have been missed, luggage that was found! and happily bubbly encouragement from Catherine made our lifetime trip amazing! Booking yourself might save a dollar however Catherine’s extensive knowledge and attention to detail gave us the best guides, and premium service.
