Waterberg Tours

Diverse wildlife at a dizzying height! High above the Kalahari desert stands the Waterberg Plateau National Park. It’s located atop the mighty Waterberg Table Mountain in central Namibia, which is 50 kilometres long, up to 16 kilometres in width, and about 200 metres high. Waterberg, which receives a lot of rainfall since it acts as a natural barrier to passing clouds, is known for its rich and diverse wildlife. Many endangered species, such as the black rhino, were relocated to this area to prevent poaching and hunting. You can also see giraffes, leopards, imapalas, and more than 200 bird species, on a hike to this area.
