Mt Kenya Safari

See the majestic mountain of Kenya! Located on the equator, Mount Kenya is the country’s quote s highest mountain peak and certainly a sight for sore eyes! With magnificent cliffs and glaciers protecting the highest peaks of Nelion (17,020 ft) and Batian (17,057 ft), it makes for a spectacular climb for seasoned mountaineers. The third highest summit – Point Lenana, although glaciated, is accessible to walkers. The mountain’s beautiful lakes and alpine meadows, exotic, high-altitude vegetation, and a variety of wildlife, including sunbirds, hyrax and soaring eagles, make the walk around the peaks one of the most beautiful expeditions in East Africa.
