This trip was number one on my bucket list and Enchanting Travel helped me make it everything I could have dreamed of. They took care of all the details allowing me to sit back and enjoy the beauty of Patagonia. So glad I finished the trip with a few days in Santiago and a little wine tasting.

This is our second international trip with Enchanting Travels. The first was in 2023 with our grown children to Japan. The second was February 2025 to Patagonia for just my husband and myself. For years I planned my families trips and don’t regret that, but there is a clear difference in the experiences when using travel professionals. Traveling to Japan soon after the country reopened from COVID, I did not know if the typical travel books or videos would have updated information on hotels and restaurants and how they recovered from the pandemic. I put full trust in Enchanting Travels and they far exceeded expectations. Best trip ever, my children agree. Our patagonia trip was crafted with similar expertise. Communication was clear and fast at every step. There was never a glitch with transportation, tours, or hotels. Truly, we were spoiled every step of the way. Now we just need to decide on our next adventure, but will be sure to contact Enchanting Travels when we do!!

Just got back from two weeks in Africa. What a great trip. The first week was on Safari seeing all the wild animals. The second was sightseeing in Zanzibar and then Victoria Falls. Alison Felfoldi and Ruth Mbugua were incredible in arranging all of the details. The Hotels were great the venues were fantastic the guides were knowledgeable and all of the pickups and drivers were prompt and courteous.

From the advice we got from Peter when we booked our trip to the excellent execution of the details that Cyprian did, there was not a hitch. We were met by professionals who ushered us through customs and checked us into our flights. The itinerary was packed with memorable experiences of seeing animals, getting to know the people at the tent camps who were more attentive than we could have imagined. The tents were exceptionally clean, beds comfortable, the food outstanding and our overall experience was beyond our expectations. We could not have imagined going on this trip without Enchanting Travels and consider ourselves fortunate that we chose you.

This trip was my gift to my wife for her birthday. I had traveled to India numerous times for business and wanted her to see this interesting and beautiful land. This was our 7th trip with Enchanting and I knew they would put together a journey that would explore the most important sights in the time which we allowed. We spent 2 weeks in the North of India and 2 weeks in the South. I was hesitant to do some much traveling by car but India has really improved their highways and the car trips where enjoyable. Our drivers were excellent. They knew the lay of the land and how to navigate the hectic Indian traffic. I am a retired international airline pilot and I will tell you that the hotels we stayed in are some of the finest in the world.

The trip was planned perfectly from beginning to the end. We were notified of any changes to the schedule based on delayed flights etc. It is a real advantage to have Enchanting Travels make the arrangements that allowed us to speed through customs and visa checks. Our drivers were always there waiting for our arrival so no time wasted waiting. Just the ease of the logistics that comes with traveling with Enchanting Travels keeps up going back to them when we are planning a trip. The experiences were beyond words. Our game drive guides were exceptional in getting us to where the animals were so we could enjoy seeing cheetah cubs at play while mom watched, lion cubs playing while a group of lioness’s napped in the sun and two male lions did the same. The most incredible sight was watching a group of 6 lioness’s separate a female buffalo and her calf and going on to taking them both down. It was like watching a Nat Geo film but we were there within 30 yards to watch. Our accommodations were top notch, staff everywhere we were were exceptional, and the settings were all different but wonderful. Our trip coordinator was in constant contact just to check in and see if there was anything we needed her to do. The Trip Agent App, our first time using it, was a very nice feature and was so much easier to use rather than pulling out a hard copy of the trip to find the answer to our questions. I wasn’t sure if I would use it or not but became dependent on it. Traveling doesn’t get any better if you travel with Enchanting Travels. We will be back!

We use Enchanting Travels a few times a year, and they never disappoint. I often have a few custom requests for sightseeing, and they’re always accommodating and enthusiastic about having a client scout out some place new. I have 2 more trips booked with them on the calendar in the 12 months ahead. This will have been my 6th trip using them and have never had any issues.

My son and I experienced an incredible trip to Antarctica. It was truly a trip of a lifetime seeing a place so few really know about. We saw penguins, whales, seals, birds only indigenous to that region. Alison Felfoldi of Enchanting Travels made our experience a truly personal expedition. She listened well to our wants and needs and having experienced Antarctica on her own she knew exactly what would be required and perfect for our travel. Many thanks for always being available and steers us in the right direction of this awesome trip!

This was our 14th trip with Enchanting. Each trip is always very well coordinated with never any worries about transportation, reservations or tickets etc…. The guides are always very knowledgable, helpful and kind. The drivers are always very prompt and courteous. The trip coordinators are in constant contact for any needs or concerns throughout the journey. I always answer the survey after our trips and know that Enchanting takes the answers very seriously. Thanks to the staff at Enchanting for many happy memories!

Katie and Kenny did a fantastic job in both the planning stages and the actual implementation. We are so glad we had them help us with our 50th Anniversary trip.

Enchanting exceeded our expectations by a wide margin. They built the itinerary that was perfect for us and were with us throughout the entire trip checking in on us and handling any issues that could possibly arise (like a delayed flight that had a trickle effect). The staff were all over and above attentive and caring. The app they have you use is surprisingly excellent and helpful. Can’t say enough about this travel company. It’s the way to go.

Anna Thomas was very adept at planning our trip to South Africa, Zimbabwe and Botswana. She is a keen listener and grasped what I wanted on the trip. Her knowledge of the area, the lodging, game drives and the multitude of options at each stop are exactly what we wanted. The trip plan was exceptional and the actual trip went perfectly, without a hitch. I was truly a trip of a lifetime! I would recommend Anna as a trip planner/coordinator for anyone looking to travel in south and/or east Africa. I certainly plan on using her again.

Enchanting Travels exquisitely prepared our excursion from top-to-bottom based on our initial discussions regarding our desires for our trip. From cities, sites, tours, hotels, & activities, we were immersed in our favorite style of travel: get involved in activities [culinary class, organic farming, yes – and of course care of the elephants], great knowledgeable guides, local food tasting as one priority, and trying different modes of local transport [from car, boat, bicycle, Cyclo-cross, Tuk-Tuk, Long Boat, gondola, canoe, Vespa scooter, and even a bamboo raft]. The hotels were specifically selected for their local style, and the sites were all well represented and included off-the-beaten path historical and natural treasures. The oversight of our trip via the App as well as 24/7 coordinator involvement made it totally hassle-free.

Enchanting Travels and their staff put together a trip of a lifetime. We hadn’t traveled to Asia before and were nervous about what to expect or how to navigate once we were there. We also really didn’t know what we wanted to do other than a few expectations. We went to four countries with multiple hotels, flights and boat excursions. I cannot believe that the 5 week trip went off with out any hitches! Everything was so smooth and effortless. We did not worry about anything the whole time we were there. It was comforting to know that our trip coordinator was there for us if we needed her and she certainly responded quickly if we did have a need or question. The choices for hotels that Enchanting Travels recommended were superb and the guides and driver were knowledgeable and fun. I can not speak more highly of all of their services and plan on using them again for another big trip.

We had a phenomenal experience on our trip to Colombia! The planning phase of the trip was seamless given that Katie had worked with us before and knew exactly what we enjoyed, which allowed her to put together an itinerary that suited us perfectly. The trip provided a lot of variety – from exploring big cities such as Medellin and Bogota, to hiking in the Cocora Valley in the coffee region and relaxing in the Caribbean city of Cartagena, each location felt like its own trip. We loved the different experiences we had, including street food tours, museum visits, hiking/nature exploration and learning about the fascinating history of the country. We would 100% recommend both Colombia and Enchanting Travels.
