Enchanting Travels was excellent to work with….their staff and guides gave us trip of a lifetime!

Enchanting Travels has again organized and supported a fantastic trip for us. I highly recommend them, especially if you are venturing into unknown countries where English is not the primary language.

This trip was wonderful. The times and excursions were well orchestrated. Everything we needed was taken care of. Drivers and guides were interesting and informative and watched out for us every step of the way. We had plenty of time to explore ourselves with a great balance of scheduled and suggested activities. All of the activities were designed for us and our interests. Hotel was fantastic and breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend this company. We had time restrictions on the tail end and they got us to the boat on time and developed the entire trip to fit our schedule.

A truly 5 star adventure. Well planned but with enough surprises to keep things interesting. Everyone involved with our tour was gracious. The tour guides were well informed and willing to share their insights.

I have been using Enchanting Travels from their very beginning and I will continue to use them in the future. Although I use them mainly for India, they did arrange a very nice trip to Vienna when I went there to attend a wedding. They are reliable, efficient, trustworthy and knowledgeable and just plain excellent.

Enchanting was the best voice for travel to a county we were unfamiliar with. We usually plan our own trips, but because of so many flights and cities, we let them do the work. It was the most stress free trip we’ve ever taken. We woke up, looked at the itinerary, and met the driver to go on our adventure. I highly recommend them for travel to a country you are unfamiliar with.

Simply amazing.

Enchanting Travels was the only agency willing to adapt to our desire to fly into and out of Santiago after traveling to Bolivia. The Bolivian guide company was as good as we could ever imagine. Our Atacoma experience was also wonderful. Animals, lakes, caldera, and salt flats were not just seen, but every location was augmented with hikes, climbs, discussions and even great outdoor lunches. This was an experience of a lifetime.

We had a wonderful tour of Vietnam. Our itinerary was very thoughtfully organized with great attention to detail. Many of the activities suggested were excellent and the logistics are all handled crispy. We really appreciate the custom aspects of Enchanting’s itineraries. Having one on one time with very knowledgeable guides is indispensable. From the moment we arrived in Hanoi airport to the minute we left Saigon we were treated royally. Excellent service

We had a wonderful trip to South East Asia organized by Enchanting Travels. The organization was seamless with no mishaps. Guides were very pleasant and informative and activities and sights seen were incredible. We hope to book another trip with enchanted travel in the future.

The team at Enchanting Travels helped me and my husband plan a bucket list trip to South Africa. Typically, I plan our vacations, but this time I thought a little help would take our trip to the next level. We didn’t want to join a tour, and I did a lot of research on which company might fit what we were looking for: a trip tailored to us that was also within our budget. I contacted Enchanting Travels because of their great reviews and because they had experience with travel in South Africa. From our first call with Corin, I knew we chose the right group to help us plan our trip. He helped us craft an itinerary that highlighted what we most wanted to do (safari) and that also included time in Cape Town to explore Table Mountain and Cape Point as well as in Franschhoek and Stellenbosch to enjoy the delicious South African wines. It was a magical, marvelous trip that we will never forget. All the guest houses and lodges were beautiful and unique and the type of lodging we would typically choose ourselves. The support and communication from the team before, during, and after our trip has been above and beyond. Our trip coordinator in Africa, Ruth, was amazing as well. She helped us make a few changes on the fly while we were there, and her support allowed us to not worry about anything, but to relax and enjoy our vacation. I highly recommend Enchanting Travels for anyone looking for a memorable and customized vacation without having to do all the planning.

From start to finish, Enchanting Travels provided a top-of-the-line experience. The concierge-style support made our trip relaxing and very memorable!

Our travel coordinator, Jeniffer Korir, was fabulous with planning our trip. She listened carefully to what we were interested in and arranged travel, destinations, and activities that aligned with our interests. She did a great job matching our budget and interests to availability of activities, and the destination. She developed a thorough itinerary and advised us on all aspects of the trip down to the when and how much to tip. When our flight was canceled, Jeniffer proactively noticed it and made other arrangements, including adjusting all of our other travel plans. I would highly recommend using enchanting travels for booking once in a lifetime vacations; they are experienced with the destinations and save you lots of time with doing your own research and making your own travel plans. Plus, they are available while you were at your destination to answer questions and communicate plans. We had an amazing vacation!

Incredible agency that pulled together an incredible trip with thoughtful details. Everyone’s seamless and safe, letting me fully enjoy the adventure. The price was 100% worth it!
