Few can escape the primeval attraction of a waterfall cascading down a cliff. Famous falls like the dramatic Iguazu in Brazil and the thundering Victoria Falls on the border of Zimbabwe and Zambia are breathtaking, but lesser-known ones like Gocta Falls in Peru and Kuang Si in Laos can be just as soothing to visit.

My family and I have been traveling with Enchanting for the past six years. We have thousands of precious and memorable moments from every one of our trips. The adventures, accommodations, foods and transportation are customized to our taste seamlessly to the perfection! For weeks-long vacations, it is common that things go wrong and sometimes we need to make a change to the original plan on the go. Enchanting is extremely diligent and responsive to fulfill our requests and help us solve any problems arise. As a result, we always enjoy a smooth and pleasant travel experience. Their staff is super helpful, professional, knowledgeable and capable. They are the best we could hope for to take care of us throughout our whole trip!!

We have used Enchanting Travels twice to help us with our African adventures, and totally appreciate the details and planning. Visiting several countries in Africa requires transfers planning, and Loise, our Travel Consultant, and Sneha, our Trip Coordinator, were on top of everything. We missed our flight from the States to Africa (because of mechanical issues with the plane) and missed one day of our trip, but Enchanting made possible to continue without any issues once we actually got to South Africa, and they were willing to talk to us no matter what the situation was.

This was the trip of a lifetime for my husband and I. A big ‘Thank You’ to Bonaventure Onyango (Bonnie) and Angela Wright for helping us plan this amazing trip. It was first class service from the moment we landed in SA. The ease of having everything pre-booked for us really allowed us to enjoy our trip without stressing about anything. If we had any questions, Bonnie was only an email away! He even called us at our first hotel in Cape Town just to see how things were going and if we needed anything! I would highly recommend this service for anyone looking to plan a trip like this.
