“We have used Enchanting Travels twice to help us with our African adventures, and totally appreciate the details and planning. Visiting several countries in Africa requires transfers planning, and Loise, our Travel Consultant, and Sneha, our Trip Coordinator, were on top of everything. We missed our flight from the States to Africa (because of mechanical issues with the plane) and missed one day of our trip, but Enchanting made possible to continue without any issues once we actually got to South Africa, and they were willing to talk to us no matter what the situation was.”
