Piggs Peak has always sparkled, for one reason or another! Located in northwestern Swaziland, the town was founded in 1884 due to its potential in gold mining, however today its main industry is forestry. Today, the dazzle comes from its natural beauty, and you can expect rolling hills, sparkling streams and spectacular waterfalls! Just close to the town lies Phophonyane Falls Nature Reserve. With one of the most scenic roads in Swaziland as you venture south towards the capital of Mbabane, this is an ideal self-drive destination, making it a great stopover to or from South Africa’s renowned Kruger National Park.
