After researching about 5 or 6 different travel companies offering trips to Peru/Machu Picchu, my husband and I chose Enchanting and are so thrilled we did! It definitely offered the most value.

Planning: They were immediately responsive and eager to customize and accommodate to our ideas. Always available to chat and fit everything we wanted to do within our budget and available time.

Trip to Peru: A trip coordinator is with you every step of the way. It was so nice to pay one bill and have everything accounted for – private transfers, hotels, excursions, tour guides, etc. We just had to show up and have a great time.

Overall: I would say this this particular trip combined relaxation, adventure, and culture in equal measures and that was exactly what we were looking for. Incredible Experience and we will absolutely return to Enchanting Travels for our next trip!

Through Enchanting Travels I was able to experience an unforgettable trip to Peru and Machu Picchu. All of the representatives, from the booking process to on-the-ground in Peru, were friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I had no clue who they were when I was told by my friend about them…
Ended up travelling all by myself in India, with no other point of contact…
And they were A-MA-ZING!! The whole team from consultants to coordinators, from drivers to guides they were exceptional!
I never felt alone or abandoned… I had the best travel experience one can ever imagine, I left not only with sightseeing souvenirs from a country but with a human touch, friends and family over there in India!

Our trip to Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar, was a dream come true. We kept pinching ourselves along the way realizing we were really there. Enchanting Travels took care of our every need on tour. The lodging arrangements were varied and wonderful. Our drivers and guides during the game drives were extremely knowledgeable.

My husband and I traveled with our son and daughter in law. We celebrated my husband’s 70th birthday with many photographs, great memories, and returned home with many stories!!!

Here we are at one of the many spots we visited with our lovely street food guide in Hanoi, Vietnam.  This was our second trip with Enchanting Travels, after last year’s journey to India, and, again, everything was perfect–from our trip planner, coordinator, and guides to the wonderful food, people, visual and performing arts, and natural beauty of this amazing country.  (And the shopping was great, too). Enchanting Travels did an excellent job of working with Susan and me to accommodate our specialized interests.  We look forward to our next adventure with the company.

Enchanting Travels made our first experience of India enjoyable while keeping it real. We felt immersed in the culture and enjoyed it with help and expert guidance from the company. Drivers are great, on time and come with water and a clean car, the guides are knowledgeable and well-groomed, and the whole experience was great.

I recently undertook a three week trip to India with Enchanting Travels. The trip was well organised and most informative. Our guides and drivers were excellent and the accommodation was superb.
It was a wonderful experience which included visits to monuments, temples and other places of interest, tiger safaris with several sightings of tigers in the wild, the Taj Mahal, an elephant ride etc.

Enchanting Travels went above and beyond to create the trip of a life time. Their hard work and patience throughout the trip was outstanding and I would like to thank them for making the whole experience an incredible one I wont forget.

We had very specific dates when we could travel and could not find a tour that worked for us. We were also traveling with our 18 year old, and needed some special attention to the schedule to accommodate him. A colleague had used Enchanting Travels for a trip to Africa, and I looked it up on the internet and read all about your company. I liked what I saw, and really enjoyed talking to our Travel Consultant, Katie, to start planning. I felt like she was really trying to set up a trip just for us.

This was such a nice way to travel! We felt very comfortable knowing that we were going to have a knowledgeable person meet us each step of the way and make sure that we got to our destination, got checked in, learned about the local area, and answered all our questions. When the general strikes hit Peru, we were especially grateful knowing that someone was working out all the changes to our itinerary behind the scenes.

The variety of experiences…from the beauty of Cape Town and the Cape of Good Hope… to the excitement of landing in a small plane in the Okavango Delta… to the grandeur of Victoria Falls…to the savanna bush of Sabi Sand…we were exposed to it all.

We would definitely recommend working with Enchanting Travels. Every option that you provided was excellent.

Our guides were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They had everything set up for us at each stop. They even helped with navigating through the airport when it was time to head off to a new city.

Fabulous service and truly a great company. I will never travel without this service again!
