Everything was very well planned , since the first person we met and gave our expectations to the last team member who was there and answer our call form Japan when we were not sure if our driver was coming. We felt safe, felt special when we first arrive in the 1st hotel we even had a welcome present from the agency , and all the guides were very special. Everything was very well organize, in the file they gave us for the whole trip , all the tickets and comments on each day activities.

5 stars overall, I would highly recommend them and their knowledgeable team, Very minor persnickety items that could have gone a bit better but nothing earth shattering.

Divya was amazing, she handled all of our concerns and was in contact with us everyday just to inform us about our upcoming activities and to make sure that everything was going as planned! She also helped to get us back on track with our tour when we were delayed getting into Edinburgh.

We really appreciated the personal touch in tailoring a vacation based on what we wanted to see. Gunjan and Corin stayed in contact with us to be sure that we were getting the experience that we wanted. There was a nice gift waiting for us upon our arrival at the first hotel, which was unexpected. Our chauffeur became our friend by the end of the vacation. I can’t say enough about her. She really made our vacation amazing. We will never forget her and our amazing trip to Ireland.

We had a wonderful experience working with Enchanting Travels in planning our trip to Japan. They worked within our budget and timeline, and provided us with experiences that were both tailored to our needs (since we were traveling with a 13 year old) and super fun. Once we got to Japan, everything was seamless–finding our guides, following the itinerary, using the trains (and figuring out which tickets needed to be used for what), and navigating packed airports and train stations were all easy because of the thorough organization and planning done by Enchanting Travels. They also gave us great advice on how much time was needed where as well as must-see activities in each city we visited. We had a wonderful trip!

From the beginning the consultant was helpful and extremely nice all the way to the end of the trip. Not having to worry about transportation or where we are going to eat was wonderful. When we got to our hotel in Dublin, Divya had sent us a warm welcome message and Prosecco to two of our rooms. She sent chocolates to my in law’s room knowing that they did not drink, which was such a kind gesture. The thoughtfulness she put into our trip was simply phenomenal!

I had no prior knowledge of working with Enchanting Travels as we were looking for a company to assist with planning a European trip for our large family and then to help with all the logistics needed. The team at Enchanting Travels was incredible, beginning with the Travel Consultant we worked with (Allison Tucker) to the Trip Coordinator (Ben Rolex). They listened to what our family was looking for to come up with a great itinerary and then they took care of all the necessary logistics around booking hotels, transportation, custom tours and all the little details that made this family vacation an amazing experience.
