We had been wanting to go to Peru for a long time but hadn’t had the time to plan a trip. We decided to use an agency to facilitate the whole process and after having conversations and receiving quotes from multiple agencies, we decided on Enchanting Travels. They absolutely met and exceeded every single one of our expectations! The whole process was easy and seamless, from the planning and coordination of details, to the specifics and logistics during the trip itself. The hotels, guides, and experiences they organized were all amazing, it was truly the trip of a lifetime and we will definitely book with them once again!

My trip to Guatemala was an incredible experience, thanks to our fantastic private driver and guide. They were both highly knowledgeable and made sure we had a deep understanding of the rich culture and history of the area. The experience was very calming and quiet, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the surroundings without feeling rushed. If you’re looking for a trip that balances tranquility with cultural exploration, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

I don’t know how they do it but, the staff at Enchanting Travels somehow seems to top itself with each trip that they create for us! Nurit Hod once again planned the most incredible trip for us to northern Italy. Nurit was able to carefully and elegantly organize the trip of a lifetime for us from Milan to the Dolomites through Switzerland and over to Lake Como. Nurit really got to know us and the types of hotels, excursions, and adventures that we enjoy. Each day was planned perfectly. The excursions were always with particular experts in their field. The guides were consistently extremely knowledgeable and made the trips fun, exciting, and relaxing! With the impeccable and detail-oriented Divya Bist by my side as a trip coordinator, I never felt alone during my travels. Divya made sure that each and every detail before and during the trip was confirmed and scheduled perfectly. It is so nice to know that we have such caring, kind, and expert people working with us as a team on these unbelievable trips- making them endlessly fun, exciting, memorable, and life-changing!

This is our second trip with Enchanting Travels this year. The trip planners really work with you to make sure you get the most out of the experience. Their expertise in the area ensures an amazing trip. The trip coordinators make sure everything is arranged so you don’t have to worry about a thing. We were thrilled with the itineraries that both Peter (Africa) and Derek (France) put together for us, with some input from us. Ruth is lovely and so responsive it was terrific. We absolutely loved everything. Everything ran so smoothly. We look forward to another trip next year sometime. Thank you for another once in a lifetime experience.

Enchanting Travels delivered!! We wanted a vacation that was an overview of Italy and they delivered. 5+ cities in 12 days. Visited every major landmark, with knowledgeable local guides and drivers. Even trips from the airport/train station to our hotels was a learning experience and tour. The planning process was with engaging trip coordinators, who listened!. The travelling was seamless and they were always on hand checking in to smooth any wrinkles which were all minor thanks to amazing planning. Now we have to use them for all our vacations.

From the moment we first started planning the trip to the moment we got on the plane to go home, we felt so cared for. Our trip coordinator, Cyprian, was the best!!! We always knew what was going on, and he was never more than a call or text away. The game drives were unreal and we got so close to the animals. The food was delicious and the chefs were top notch. The servers at every lodge, who were mostly young men, were so kind and wonderful. All the staff were warm and welcoming. The sun downers were amazing. It’s an unexplainable feeling to watch elephants walking by while sipping on a cocktail. All the guides were so knowledgeable. We always felt safe, secure, and happy. The lodges were in nature, but contained every necessity required to feel luxurious. The experiences, such as visiting and feeding Baraka, the blind rhino, will last a lifetime. This was the most amazing trip ever!

You do not need to have any doubts in planning a trip to Africa through Enchanting Travels. Every aspect of planning the trip and going on the trip was perfect. We’ve used other travel agencies before but Enchanting Travels far exceeded anything we’ve ever experienced in the past. You will have a contact person in Africa while you are there that is available 24/7. Every person that you will encounter it’s friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming . Enchanting Travels hit this out of the park. My wife and I had the most amazing honeymoon. We were able to go wine tasting in Tuscany, had an authentic cooking class in Florence, cruised around the waters of Lake Como and climbed to the top of the Duomo in Milan. Everything went so smoothly and we are so appreciative that Enchanting Travels made our honeymoon so smooth and unforgettable.

This was a great adventure. I celebrated my birthday by taking my grandsons to Costa Rica. Our trip went smoothly and incorporated the sites we wanted to see. There were also surprise experiences for the kids- Tarzan swings, zip lines, waterfalls, rafting trips. The guides, drivers, and planners made this a worry-free trip where I could concentrate on having a wonderful experience with the kids.

Enchanting Travels planned and executed a two week trip for our family of nine (including two small children and a one year old baby) to several destinations in Peru. It is a superb travel agency. From trip planning to pre-departure preparation to execution to on site 24/7 support, they made sure that all aspects of the trip were well planned and carried out seamlessly. The transfers were always on time, and the drivers and guides were always friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, and very accommodating to our requests and needs. Enchanting Travels made our trip to the UK an experience of a lifetime! We did not have to worry about transfers, places to stay, or activities. They worked with us to build a customized itinerary and we did not have to deal with large tour groups. They give you a dedicated planner and trip coordinator when you travel who is like having a guardian angel seeing you through your travels. Highly recommend!

I definitely recommend Enchanting Travels. In fact I have already recommended to my friends and family as well. They took care of every detail and they were with me through the entire trip. If I had a question I send a message to my travel consultant and she responded in a timely manner. I sued the hotline one time and within 20 minutes a situation was fixed. This was a trip that we had wanted to go on for years. We did not have any idea how to start, nor did we have the time to dedicate to planning a trip like this. Enchanting Travels took over, took the stress out of booking everything, including fantastic tours, and really tried to fit the trip to our family. I cannot speak highly enough of Nurit Hod and her wonderful ways! Nurit has gotten to know us as people and as travelers. She really cares about the people with whom she works and this positivity and happiness comes through in all that she does. Nurit curated an incredible trip for us to Croatia where she knew the perfect cadence for schedule of travel. She gave us lots of wonderful options for hotels- putting together larger resorts (which we love!) along with incredible and one-of-a-kind boutique hotel experiences. Nurit picked wonderful activities for us to do and everything went off perfectly. Divya Bust orchestrated everything so well behind the scenes. Divya had everything pre-planned and made me aware of all of the plans and all of the details. Divya was available throughout the trip at a moment’s notice by text and ensured that everything was checked and double-checked so that it all went seamlessly. For these reasons were able to have the most incredible trip that felt like paradise without any stress, knowing that everything had been thought out and taken care of for us. This was the most memorable trip to Croatia that we will never forget and I have everyone at Enchanting Travels to thank for this!

First and foremost – A huge shout out to Nurit for how incredible she is! We love her! She, not only listens – truly listens, she is an amazing person and now a friend:) We appreciate her and trust her – which is so important! She was very patient and understanding throughout the process and made things work that we were wanting to do! The entire process is so simple and alleviates so much undo stress that is associated with traveling. You all know the areas – the places to go – where to go and when, etc. The transfers to and from airport, train station, excursions and hotels were a huge help! We will work with you all again and again! Also, Tanisha and team were and are GREAT – they were on top of responding to us when needed throughout the entire trip. Very good about getting right back always! Last minute questions were answered throughout the entire trip and if we needed to adjust anything she and the team were on it! Thank you! Alison did a fantastic job in catering our itinerary to meet all of our requests, and we had a wonderful trip to Namibia, Victoria Falls, Okavango Delta, and Chobe National Park. Alison and Cyprian were a wealth of knowledge and provided recommendations and insights that helped make our trip magical.
