I absolutely recommend Enchanting Travels. They are flexible, reliable and were able to accommodate my needs as well as they needs of two 70+ year old women. I will use them for my future travels.

Kamesh, who was the airport greeter, did an excellent job getting both us and our son from the airport to and into the hotel and situated for the trip. ALSO I don’t know if Prathima or Shivangi were responsible, but one or both of them arranged for us to get tickets to a dance performance Dec 16 at the Yagnaraman centre for performing arts at Sri Krishna Gana Sabha Trust — I was delighted. We wanted to see dance and had been unable to find information on this. Very grateful that we were able to attend. Let me also emphasize how excellent both Prathima and Shivangi were. Prathima with amazing patience and knowledge planned the trip. She was totally responsive — but also resolutely and gently made sure her experience guided our plan. And Shivangi was always there, fixing what needed to be fixed on occasion and always providing a friendly and encouraging voice. I felt we learned a lot about history, about Tamil culture and about Hinduism (that last especially on this and the next part of the trip and from our guides). Auroville is something else again and fascinating in its own different way.

Other than the destinations, it was just as great as our last trip with Enchanting. The hotel in Hoi An was so perfect, it made the whole trip! All tour guides were friendly, knowledge and wonderful. Having the same drivers throughout the trip made us feel more connected to the locals. By the end of the trip, we all felt like family.

Our 35th wedding anniversary trip could not have been better. Our trip coordinator Shivangi Pandey went out of her way to make everything we did feel special. From photos at the Taj Mahal, to special surprises at Varyvilas for our Ranthambore experience to our stay at the amazing Taj Lake Palace and finally our two nights on a rice barge in Kerala. It was a trip of a lifetime. Thank you Enchanting Travels!

I organized a trip through Prathima. She listened to our requirements and came up with a great trip. Our tour organiser Shevangi Pandey from the Delhi office was absolutely fantastic. Rene had an illness and medical aid was organised for us which was prompt efficient and friendly. She assisted us and sought our feedback regularly and was always accommodating and available.

Our guides throughout the trip were informative and easily understood. They would listen to what we were wanting to do and organise our requests, they always had our interest at heart and looked after us wherever we were.

We had a wonderful trip to India with Enchanting Travels. They made our trip very easy, and it was extremely helpful to have a local point of contact at our fingertips at all times. We would absolutely use them again!

This was an amazing experience that would have been daunting for us ordinarily but was made easy, safe and convenient because of the continuous assistance from our travel team. Not to mention it was extremely reasonable for the quality of the trip.

Enchanting Travels has been my first experience of using a tailor made tour group and I would highly recommend this company without sounding cliche. From my first phonemail to Brenda explaining what 5 women would like to experience in India who had travelled extensively but never to India from cooking to yoga to the sights, off the beaten track we received an amazing itinerary with reasonable costings. After some tweaking at both ends our dream was born. 5 Aussie chicks in India with the most amazing driver whom we now call brother and he calls us sisters, India is so special to us and we were so well looked after by Enchanting. Every stop we were greeted by a guide at the airport, sightseeing, by our tour coordinator on day one and with an extremely tearful farewell at the end of our journey. We will be back and definitely with Enchanting Travels.

The trip preparation and suggestions were a big help in shaping my trip and the execution was flawless.

We were three sisters having the holiday of a lifetime together, husbands left home. Now we are back home and have time to reflect we can’t help but be overawed by what we saw and did in India. I had been with Enchanting Travels several times before but my sisters hadn’t and they were blown away by the level of care and service. They thanked me for showing them both how to travel, see the country, meet and mix with its people and not to have to worry about a thing. Really it was Enchanting Travels they should be thanking. An example of this was the day we missed the train, not because we weren’t there in good time but because we were waiting at the wrong end of the station and we just couldn’t run fast enough to get on board. I phoned Anjali (our trip co-ordinator) and she reassured us, told us to wait in the cool of the waiting room and had a driver to us within the hour to take us on our journey. We couldn’t believe it. The homestays were wonderful; we were even invited to a wedding. The hotels were splendid and the activities memorable. Thankyou Enchanting Travels.

We have taken many trips to different countries with other tour companies. This is our first tour with Enchanting Travels and this is the BEST TOUR we ever had. Lisa and Amelia are amazing. Excellent selection of hotels, activities and tour guides. Amelia was constantly in contact with us during travel and took care of all unexpected problems. She even rearranged the show at last moment when our flight got delayed. Despite losing several hours due to delayed flights, we did not miss any tours or activities. We are already planning another trip Lisa and Amelia at Enchanting Travels.

This was our first rip with Enchanting Travels and it surpassed our expectations! Nick was easy to work with and tailor our trip to our desires. Fernando!!! Our trip started with a glitch – it snowed in Denver – we missed our flight to Lima – but Fernando got us sorted with new reservations to the Sacred Valley and a hotel at the airport in Lima! Wow! Let us get back on our schedule. Thanks.

Enchanting Travels made our first trip to India a wonderful experience. The local guides brought each city to life, sharing great personal and learned knowledge of each place. The Travel Consultant helped us put together a great itinerary and the Trip Coordinator made certain that our travels were smooth. Even when one of our in-country flights was cancelled, our Trip Coordinator quickly made other arrangements and communicated with us throughout our itinerary.
