Enchanting Travels – Possibly the best tour company I’ve used. What makes them the best is their attention to detail. Highly recommended

My whole experience…from being met in the airport and transported to the first hotel to being welcomed at our Safari site late in the afternoon to our final departure from Victoria Falls….was well planned with thoughtful points of interest and a smooth transition from one activity or location to another. Extra highlights such as on the spur of the moment stopping to see if we could see a whale (we did) added that special memory and excitement to the trip.

Enchanting Travels worked within our budget and travel interests to provide us with a customized trip that we will remember for the rest of our lives. We were very happy with the itinerary, accommodations and transfers. Didn’t have to worry about anything and the staff was always available when we needed them. Peace of mind is priceless during a vacation. Love the details and explanations before our trip.

We found Japan to be one of the most interesting countries we have visited, including superb Japanese food, from diners to high class, ease of navigation by well integrated and swift trains, subway and bus services in and between all cities and highly professional and friendly guides, with a variety of destinations and highlights. The on-the-ground staff were professional and attentive to details so that traveling from city to city via car or plane was seamless with no wasted time because everything was well coordinated. This coordination of the itineary is present from the beginning of the trip with the assistance of the Travel Consultant to the end of the trip with support provided by the Trip Coordinator who was always accessible, providing daily updates and recommendations to enrich the journey!

It was great having someone else do all of the travel arrangements, especially since we were planning our trip at the last minute…like 2 weeks before. The drivers and guides were very professional. The hotels were in good locations and the food was great.
