South America for Asian people is considered a tough destination – not only the long distance but also completely different languages and cultures that made a trip to this continent seemly impossible. Enchanting Travels has made our journey to South America an unforgettable one and even also still in the wishlist to re-visit this wonderful continent and its people again.

One of the very best travel experiences I have ever had. We even got updates once at 3 am! He also made one change in one day’s itinerary to accommodate our wishes which was very wonderful. Enchanting Travels was flawless in the organization of our tour and the coordination of the day to day activities. From the moment we stepped of the plane at 6 am in Delhi to the moment our 5 am train left Mumbai we were looked after by the most delightful drivers, guides and company representatives. Our accommodation was varied, ranging from home stay to palace experiences …. every place unique and memorable and the hospitality amazing. All our internal flights were cancelled due to the collapse of the airline. We didn’t have to worry a moment as Anjali had it covered and new flights organized, tickets issued and in our hands before we knew there was a problem. Driving in India is very challenging, however, our drivers were highly skilled and, once we got used to the chaos, we knew we were safe and could relax. Any requests or changes we made along the way were accommodated with ease, including an unscheduled tour in Mumbai at the end of our time with our driver and guide. My husband was born in India, returning for the first time in almost 70 years. We had no activities scheduled by the company for our stays in Lucknow and Allahabad as we were pursuing family links. Our driver, Rakesh, was fantastic in assisting to get us to places we needed, interpret and then be our tour guide to places of interest in these cities. A ten out of ten experience. We do not hesitate to recommend Enchanting to everyone we meet and look forward to using their services again for a trip to Africa sometime in the near future.
