Serra Cafema Camp is one of the most remote places to stay in southern Africa and surrounded by untouched nature. Nestled amongst mountain ranges and valleys, it is a paradise for aficionados of the great outdoors and birds. All chalets offer river views or a scenic outlook across sun-drenched mountains, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Living accommodation is generous, with eight chalets measuring a generous 130m2 internally, whilst a 200m2 family unit is also available. Heavy, ochre-colored curtains act as room dividers, creating a bed-cum-sitting room, dressing area and bathroom with both internal and external showers. A minimal approach to interiors is softened by traditional Himba carvings, wovens, embroidery and woven baskets for an authentic touch.
