Araras Lodge (3-Nights Program)
During your transfer to the Araras Pantanal Eco Lodge, admire the scenic view of the Transpantaneira Park Road. After your welcome drink you can hike to the Mirante da Garça, where you enjoy a spectacular view of the sunset. Admire the star-spattered skies and nocturnal jungle sounds during a thrilling night trek. Your second day begins with an early morning exploration of the private reserve’s local flora and fauna. After breakfast, go horseriding through grazing fields, woods and floodlands, before returning to relax in your eco abode, surrounded by untouched beauty. Your third day will allow you to soak up mangrove-lined banks and piranha-filled waters as you venture along Clarinho River by canoe. Enjoy a picnic barbecue before returning to the lodge. Witness the majestic sunrise of Mirante de Garça. On the fourth day, bid farewell to the Pantanal on one final hike after breakfast. As you drive back to Cuiabá, snap up some wonderful memories of this miraculous landscape. (Lunch is not included on Day 1).
Pousada Rio Mutum Eco-Lodge (3-Nights Program)
During your stay experience the incredible natural beauty of the Pantanal. On day of arrival, 3-hour transfer from Cuiabá airport to Pousada do Rio Mutum. Enjoy the beautiful grounds of the pousada and don’t miss tasting the delicious piranha soup at dinner! On day 2, after a nutritive breakfast, discover the wonders of nature by horseback in the surroundings of Siá Mariana bay. You will be amazed by the amount of birds, animals and reptiles that can be observed. In the afternoon, boat ride for a photographic safari on the crystal clear waters of the Mutum River where you can see stingrays, giant otters and shoals of small fish, and a large variety of birds. After dinner, you might be able to spot some animals on the jeep tour. On the third day, a morning hike through the jungle and the open fields. In the afternoon, discover the birds and wildlife by boat, and enjoy a unique sunset by fishing piranhas. In the evening, cayman feeding with the piranhas and nocturnal wildlife spotting. On the last day, wake up very early to canoe the Mutum river to admire the sunrise.
