Perhaps it’s my skeptical nature but the quality of service I received when organising our trip was so high, I had to check if they were genuine! Enchanting made travelling to a distant and unfamiliar place very easy. All the tickets and administration associated with travel was taken care of, which really took a great deal of stress away, leaving us to enjoy ourselves. I definitely wouldn’t have been able to visit so many places, or take part in as many activities if I tried to organise the trip myself.

We recently travelled to India with Enchanting Travels. Our experience was just that and experience that won’t be forgotten. Our trip was tailored to our interests which had us taking in the culture, contrasts and wonderful welcoming people that this country affords. Our accommodations were luxurious, and our guides and chauffeurs helped cement our experiences in our memory. Thank you Enchanting Travels we will definitely be travelling with you again.

Many thanks for organising our wonderful trip. Everything was perfectly organised, all details well chosen and everything went smoothly. We would particularly like to praise Waterberry lodge – excellent lodge, position, food and most of all, activities from sunset cruise, visit to local village and picnic on an island in Zambezi river. In addition, safari in Sabi Sands (Elephant Plains) was special; the ranger made extraordinary effort to spot animals, follow them and explain their behaviour. Altogether, everything was great and well organised.

Enchanting Travels has delivered to us an enchanting tour of Africa. We could not fault the Camps they selected for us within the tour itinerary. This company is very efficient and caring to the travellers needs. We will be consulting them for tours in the future and thoroughly recommend them without hesitation.

We loved every bit of our trip. We enjoyed each part. were very happy with the diversity and loved the last 3 days to unwind at Giraffe Manor.

As a family of 4 with young adults – 21 & 18, we have, over the years, traveled a fair amount as a family. We have also learned that for the money, finding a quality traveling agent is the best way to assure that the experience will be one to remember. Enchanting Travels took our basic travel ideas and made all of the arrangements so that our family made our trip to Chile a memory that will be carried with our family for a lifetime. Throughout our time with Enchanting Travels all the details of our trip were taken care of. All we had to do was sit back and enjoy. Management was only a phone call away at any time. Our itinerary as planned was very full but also very flexible. You could do as much or as little as you wanted to do. Changes were always accommodated.

Enchanting Travels made life easy and safe to travel in a foreign country and the reps who meet us at the airport are well presented and did their work in very professional way. All the drivers whom we met are excellent and the hotels they chose for us are all 5 stars and services were excellent I can vouch for anyone travelling abroad to go with Enchanting Travels. Our recent trip to Chile was a wonderful experience, thanks in large part to the expert assistance, advice and services provided by Katie McKinnon and Amelia Edwards of Enchanting Travels. In the beginning Patty and I knew only that Chile was a potentially convenient place to meet up with our son John (already in South America), but had no priority destinations or excursions in mind. After a brief telephone interview, Katie provided us with 2 different, but very attractive travel package options to choose from. Having selected one, Enchanting Travels made all arrangements from airport pickups to hotels to guided excursions. It all worked like a dream. The quality of service and accommodation was top notch and I would not hesitate to contact Enchanting Travels for our next trip. I highly recommend Enchanting Travels.

We would highly recommend Enchanting Travels as they rapidly produced a wonderful itinerary for us, engaged great guides and were always on hand in case we needed something. The whole trip was seamlessly arranged and catered to our requested activities very well.

Enchanting Travels took the rough outline for the individually tailored trip we wanted and followed it closely using their experience of places/hotels/activities. We were most impressed with the result. We greatly enjoyed the trip and there were no problems. They found a guide/chauffeur with excellent English language skills. We will choose them for our next Southeast Asia or Africa trip.

This is the first time I’ve actually given up my travel plans completely to a company to arrange (I’m a bit of a control freak), and I was thrilled with the results. Enchanting Travels contacted me by phone to find out exactly what I wanted to do during my vacation, and then followed through on all my requests. They also provided hotel options, which I haven’t been given before by a travel company.

During the trip the local agent was in contact with me frequently, to ensure everything was going smoothly. I did have a couple questions during my trip, and my emails were answered immediately. Everyone was so helpful, and the trip exceeded my expectations. I’ve already contacted Enchanting Travels to arrange my next vacation!!

My 11 year old daughter and I had a wonderful time in Chile. It was a trip that she would always remember, and the stress free experience that Enchanting Travels arranged for us made taking my kid to see the world so much easier. Seeing the lake regions and hiking through volcanic ash, to the driest desert in the world was certainly an eye opening experience for us, and was certainly better than taking my daughter to Disneyland.
