From start to finish Enchanting Travels was a more than amazing experience. I was a bit nervous using a travel agency at first but Enchanting Travels went above and beyond to ease those nerves. Having someone to communicate with 24/7 while in a foreign country was beyond helpful. All our experiences were fabulous and each driver that was coordinated was there right on time. After our first trip to Africa, Parik, one of the owners, contacted and met with us to get our feedback on what we liked and what could be improved.
