Enchanting Travels helped us plan a fantastic honeymoon to Chile! We worked with Derek (travel consultant) and Zully (trip coordinator) and together they really helped us have a great time. Derek created a fun itinerary for us and picked two great hotels for us to stay at. Zully was amazing support during our trip and even helped us fix an issue efficiently. My son and I were hoping to take a trip of a lifetime to Japan; and Enchanting Travels delivered just that, cherished memories that will never be forgotten!

We were thrilled with Vijal in the process of constructing our trip and it’s itinerary. Like many first time travelers to Japan – we did not know what we did not know, especially with the language barrier as a concern. Vijal was able to stay with our changes and iterations until we were set to lock up the itinerary. The Hotels, locations, amount of time spent at each location were just about perfect!

Nurit was excellent in figuring out exactly what interested me and providing me with tours that fit what I was looking for. She was right on top of everything and got back to me so quickly on all of my questions. She has wonderful energy and excitement about her job that comes through. She is truly caring and very well-versed on Portugal.

From being welcoming to being as excited as I was for the trip, you could not do any better than Enchanting Travels. I researched other luxury tour groups, and they came across pushy and inflexible with my needs and pricing. Enchanting Travels was more than happy to work with my budget, stay within my budget, and even went out of their way to make me and my friends, who also accompanied me on this trip, feel comfortable and well prepared to travel across four cities in Japan. Amazing family trip. Everything was so organized and easy. Our only responsibility was having fun and experiencing new and wonderful food and culture. Shaun and Rossana, with Enchanting Travels, helped create a once-in-a-lifetime experience for us. Visiting new places can make you nervous, but they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and confident. They were both always available, had consistent communication, answered our questions, and helped however they could. We missed our first flight, and our luggage could not be found. Immediately we contacted Rossana, and she saved the entire trip. She rearranged everything she could so we could keep the same agenda, located our luggage, and ensured they delivered it to us. She checked with us every day to make sure our trip was going as smoothly as possible. We never felt as if we were doing this alone. They added special touches that blew us away.
