From start to finish working with Enchanting Travels was smooth. Our consultant Lyndsey was able to custom tailor an itinerary to our liking within 2-3 consultations. She made sure that we had everything that we wanted to do on our trip. We had a few changes made to our itinerary a week or two before due to cancellations, but we were able to fill the gaps with other activities and even received a refund from the company equating to the difference between the prior activities and the new ones! When we arrived in the country, transportation was very easy— somebody picked us up at each location to transport us to the new one. The tour guides went above and beyond to make sure that we accomplished everything and then some on our itinerary. They truly made our trip amazing, more than we could have asked for! Overall, working with Enchanting Travels was easy and we would definitely recommend!
